Compliance Governance and Programme Support Specialist
To plan, manage and administer the development, implementation, and enforcement of the Group's risk and compliance programmes to identify risk and compliance gaps
Are you someone who can:
Log, track and follow up on corrective actions to address deficiencies identified through monitoring
Execute compliance and ethics initiatives
Drive and oversee projects for the development and implementation of new or updated policies, procedures, and systems, either on a stand-alone basis or
integrated with existing business processes
Ensure annual compliance governance workplan is achieved
Put measures in place and advise business regarding potential losses associated with risk
Ensure analytics team continuously identifies, escalates, and improves risk analytics across the Group
Act as a subject matter expert on Compliance Governance issues for the Group and provide stakeholders with advice accordingly
Provide advice to the Board and senior management with regards to compliance policies and governance
Assist Segments and business units with specific Compliance Governance initiatives
Provide consulting services to senior Group executives to provide advice on Compliance issues within the Group
Oversee compliance projects on a Group-wide basis Establish organisational objectives for compliance and ethics
Prepare documentation and the pack to help inform decision making at the Compliance Risk Committee meetings
Investigate and conduct research to consider and incorporate the latest available methodologies and technologies
Identify opportunities to improve any process and or system functionalities (liaise with system owner)
Maintain Group Compliance intranet and policy management site
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s
