    Operations Service Quality Analyst.INT ORT.Client Services (Airport Management)

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the AGM Commercial and Regional Integration and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Provide relevant and specialized support to relevant stakeholders to ensure the achievement of objectives.
    • Build, support, and maintain healthy, diverse internal & external relationships to ensure achievement of organizational goals. 
    • Manage, monitor and ensure adequate system resource levels.
    • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standard, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
    • Manage SLA with services provider in airport (airlines, government). Manage that work is executed in accordance with contract (time frame, SLA, Scope, quality, budget).
    • Manage and track OPEX and CAPEX budget. Manage adherence to all procurement processes.
    • Implement and manage people development initiatives such as performance management, succession planning and talent management to ensure team performance meet Required standards.
    • Manage the implementation of ad hoc Operational projects within set requirements.
    • Compile and submit management reports as required.

      Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience will be required: 

    • Bachelor's Degree (3 years-360 credits) is essential.
    • 2-3 years business operational experience is essential.
    • 2-3 years airport operations supervisory experience is essential.
    • Basic proficiency of MS Office packages.

    HR Strategy Research & Projects Specialist.COE COE.Human Resources (Business Services)(B30001)

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to Group Manager HR Strategy and Performance and Research, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Facilitate the identification and translation of current and future business needs into HR requirements i.e. People and Culture Strategy which is aligned to business strategies 
    • Facilitate the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of strategic HR objectives and KPIs aimed at delivering business imperatives. 
    • Analyse HR data and trends and provide insights to GM and functional HR leadership for reporting and strategic decision making 
    • Support goal alignment and cascading process for executive performance (divisional and individual performance) Strategically integrate and coordinate HR plans, resources, systems and procedures for optimal HR efficiency

    • Prepare Quarterly HR reports providing insights on HR strategy implementation, monitoring and evaluation, functional operations, projects and efficiencies 
    • Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to optimise the execution of functional plans and budgets 
    • Manage the development and implementation of Executive performance matters: plans (schedules), performance policies and procedures 
    • Monitor and analyse Divisional and Organisational performance and compile integrated performance reports and dashboards to inform decision making. 
    • Conduct and implement research for HR division and the function: Support the development and defining of scopes for research and forecasts aligned to the HR strategy, HR business development and and other business objectives.
    • Support identification, implementation and development of processes to optimise cost efficiency. 
    • Support the GM in the execution of project assignments from external stakeholders i.e. ACI Africa, Department of Transport. 
    • Manage the development of plans describing the HR business problem to be addressed, the project requirements, purpose of the project, the way the project will be structured as well as key success factors for implementation. 

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (3 years – 360 credits) NQF Level 7 Industrial & Organisational Psychology/Human Resources Management/ Operations Management/ Strategy Management/ Administration is essential.
    • Bachelor Honours Degree NQF Level 8 Industrial & Organisational Psychology/Human Resources Management/ Operations Management/ Strategy Management/ Administration is advantageous
    • 6-8 years operational experience in Strategy and Performance Management is essential
    • SABPP – advantageous 
    • Microsoft Office at Intermediate level
    • Code B;Motor vehicle licence is essential
