Role

• The Project/Delivery Manger is responsible for leading business/service improvement and digital projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the multi-disciplinary team is motivated and clear on their deliverables. The Delivery Manager will ensure clarity of scope, manage blockers/issues, project resourcing and budgets, governance gateways and product sign-offs. This role requires the interpersonal skills to establish professional credibility quickly,and the energy and drive to deliver collaborative change. • Proven Project Management Delivery Experience
• Experience of working in an Agile Manner

• GDS Experience
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Experience of working on EU-Exit (Brexit Programmes)

• The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting business/service improvement and digital projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the multi-disciplinary team is motivated and clear on their deliverables. The role will be working on an EU Exit Programme for a large Government department. This is an exciting opportunity to help us lead, drive and deliver significant change across the Business, as part of a new and challenging transformation programme.

Key Experience

• Previous Experience of working in a Central Government setting
• Proven Business Analyst Skills
• BSC Qualified preferably
• Experience of working in an Agile Manner
• Experience of working on Large Digital Programmes
• GDS Experience
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Experience of working on EU-Exit (Brexit Programmes)
