    Parts Sales Executive - Rola GWM Stellenbosch

    Job Advert Summary    

    • We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Sales Executive to join our GWM Stellenbosh Part Sales Distribution Team. The Parts Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching monthly targets, managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Min 3 years’ experience in administrative field (Motor industry parts distribution experience advantageous)
    • Previous experience in parts administration, inventory management, or a related field
    • Proficient computer skills, including Evolve software
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Clear criminal record
    • Valid drivers lisence

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Provide quick and efficient service to all customers (internal & external )
    • Ensure accurate stock interpretation 
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies
    • Placing all orders in Importer system on behalf of sales personnel
    • Process all creditor/supplier invoices on DMS
    • Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality
    • Works closely with internal departments to fulfill parts requests
    • Maintain outstanding order listing and reconcile backorders
    • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders
    • Maintain organised and efficient storage of parts inventory
    • Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation as needed
    • Ensure that no parts leave the dealership without the proper and correct documentation 
    • Responsible for follow up on any outstanding client accounts
    • Responsible for prospecting new and potential clients
    • Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures regarding Parts Department
    • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

    PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) Technician

We specialize in new and pre-owned vehicle sales, parts, accessories, and servicing across the Western Cape and South Africa. We are currently searching for a pro-active and dynamic,  Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join our Toyota Service team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality, efficient paintless dent repairs on vehicles by restoring body panels to their original condition without the need for repainting or body filler, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the value of the vehicle.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric / Grade 12 (minimum).
    • Certified training or qualification in PDR techniques.
    • Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience as a PDR technician.
    • Experience in the automotive repair industry or dealership workshop environment.
    • Valid South African driver’s license.
    • High manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
    • Knowledge of vehicle body structures and panel types.
    • Ability to assess and estimate repair times.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy equipment.
    • Must have visual acuity and hand steadiness.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Assess damage and determine feasibility of PDR repairs.
    • Repair dents, dings, hail damage, creases, and minor body imperfections without affecting the original paint.
    • Use specialized PDR tools and techniques (e.g. rods, lights, glue pulling, knockdowns) to remove damage.
    • Document repairs and maintain repair records accurately.
    • Ensure work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
    • Communicate repair status and timelines with Service Advisors or Workshop Controllers.
    • Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
    • Conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery to ensure work quality.
    • Assist in training junior staff or apprentices (if applicable).
