    Brand Manager: Derma/Pain (6 Month Contract) Consumer Health (JHB North)

    OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

    • To assist in building a profitable Derma/Pain portfolio through brand management leadership, winning strategies, innovation and flawless execution.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

    • Achieve revenue, profit and market share growths for the Consumer division brands
    • Develop and execute annual brand plans for the Consumer division in order to achieve business goals
    • Flawlessly execute the marketing plans through effective cross functional operation
    • Track and measure market, competitive, and business performance, feeding into marketing/sales meetings and business review meetings
    • Understand and deliver on consumer and HCP needs through product, pack, process and communication innovation
    • Provide accurate commercial trends to feed into the monthly forecasting meetings, in order to optimise forecast accuracy
    • Liaise with relevant functions in the business to maintain supply of allocated products to market, ensuring efficient stock levels and sales forecasts are met
    • Engage with and gain commitment from all stakeholders by communicating the recommended solutions or opportunities in a rationale manner
    • Manage brand office administration and expense budgets effectively 

    Requirements
    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Tertiary qualification in the Commerce/Science discipline

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

    • Min 18 months experience in Marketing and/or Sales
    • Project management proficiency
    • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
    • Knowledge of marketing concepts and their application

    Inventory Administrator (Epping)

    Description

    • Fine Chemicals requires the services of a highly competent and experienced Inventory Administrator for the Operations Department.  To qualify for this position, the most suitable candidate must fulfill the following requirements

    Requirements
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum Grade 12/Matric 
    • A formal tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Warehousing/Inventory Management would be advantageous
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Chemical Industries
    • Experience with inventory management is required.
    • SAP experience in Finance to Report (F2R) and Plan to Produce (PL2PR).
    • Must be computer literate, MS Windows, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Must possess excellent administrative skills and the ability to plan and work logically and systematically.
    • Relevant experience in BPR's and/or Plant operations is preferred.

    BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS (Brief Summary):

    • Capture transactions on the ERP system from hard-copy documents.
    • Process material-specific issues to jobs and job receipts transactions.
    • Capture stock counts.
    • Assist with stock variance investigations and IQV.
    • Assist with the processing of inventory transactions related to production bookings and inventory planning.
    • Liaising with planning regarding job start dates.
    • Release jobs requested by production.
    • Complete all records and reports timeously and accurately as described in the relevant SOP's, protocols, and associated documentation.
    • Comply with GMP requirements as outlined by Company SOP's and written instructions in all tasks and activities.
    • Ensure that products are stored according to the required SOP's and documentation.
    • Ensure all sections within the department maintain compliance with company GMP standards.
