    Intune Cloud Engineer (Centurion)

    Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intune Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic ICT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Azure. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-based device management across the organisation—supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Intune Endpoint Compliance & Deployment Management

    • Configure and enforce compliance policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
    • Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices to maintain security and policy adherence.
    • Implement conditional access policies to ensure only compliant devices access corporate resources.

    Operating System & Software Deployments

    • Manage and deploy applications, updates, and security patches using Intune and SCCM to all endpoints including workstations, servers and mobile devices.
    • Automate Windows upgrades, ensuring only compliant and supported versions are installed
    • Maintain and optimize OS deployment policies for efficiency and minimal downtime.

    Autopilot Deployments & Endpoint Provisioning

    • Manage autopilot deployments for seamless onboarding of new devices.
    • Ensure all new endpoints meet compliance requirements before deployment.
    • Streamline provisioning processes to align with security and governance policies.

    Security & Patch Management

    • Ensure all endpoint devices receive timely security patches and updates.
    • Monitor compliance dashboards and generate reports for IT leadership.
    • Work with security teams to implement and maintain zero-trust security principles.

    Troubleshooting & Support

    • Provide second- and third-level support for endpoint-related issues.
    • Work with IT support teams to resolve Intune- and SCCM-related incidents and compliance failures.
    • Document and maintain technical guides, SOPs, and best practices

    Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure all endpoint management activities align with governance and compliance requirements.
    • Regularly audit device compliance and generate reports for leadership

    Requirements

    • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, MD-101, 100, MS-500: Security Administrator) are advantageous.
    • IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional) are advantageous.
    • 5 – 7 years managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM in a co-managed environment.
    • Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
    • Experience with MFA, VPNs, and mobile device management (MDM).
    • Familiarity with audio-visual (AV) support for boardrooms and virtual meetings. 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint).
    • Experience with Azure AD Conditional Access policies and security baselines.
    • Expertise in MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) solutions.
    • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues quickly and effectively.
    • Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and executive data protection.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Design, or related field
    • Proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
    • Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
    • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
