    Sales Representative: Wholesale

    Qualifications and experience required:

    • A completed Grade 12 qualification is essential
    • A tertiary qualification in sales and marketing will be a great advantage
    • Proven sales experience in the FMCG trade is essential, and experience in the poultry industry will be an added advantage

    Other requirements:

    • Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid code 8 driver’s license
    • Computer literacy at an intermediate to advanced level in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
    • Able to do reporting in MS Excel using pivot tables
    • Well spoken in the English and Afrikaans languages,  well versed in another official language is a great advantage

    Bulkoutloading/Micro Store Assistant

    The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

    • Load vehicles as instructed.
    • Take samples to check quality of feed type and contamination.
    • Clean conveying system as per set standards to avoid incorrect loading / contamination.
    • Un-bridge bins as required to ensure flow of feed.
    • Perform micro attendant duties when not required to load vehicles.
    • General housekeeping.

    Plant Room Operator

    The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

    • Review handover book to determine issues from previous shifts and carry over requirements.
    • Conduct thorough check of plant including pumps, water, condensers, gauges and receivers.
    • Check pressure throughout the plant and perform maintenance on pumps to correct incorrect pressure levels.
    • Drain oil in receivers to service pumping and to manage pumping pressure.
    • Fix and maintain condensers.
    • Check port temperatures and maintain levels.
    • Conduct maintenance work in plant such as sensor reviews and checks.
    • Fix and install electrical equipment required in the plant as required.
    • Cleaning of the area.
    • Complete shift close off report including incidents experienced, repairs and faults.

    • Technical matric or N3 Qualification
    • Be in possession of a valid ammonia safe handling certificate.
    • At least 1 years’ experience in Factory maintenance.

    Refrigeration Handyman

    The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

    • Operating and maintaining all ammonia refrigeration plant equipment, including operation of ammonia refrigeration compressors, condensers, pumps and cold rooms
    • Assisting the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
    • Maintaining operating records for all designated refrigeration equipment such as coolers, freezers and water treatment systems etc.
    • Operation of water treatment equipment on condenser
    • Performing maintenance activities, required by law; pressure vessel inspections, ammonia relive valve replacement etc.
    • Actively troubleshoot utility systems unplanned shutdowns, to minimize equipment downtime, leading to production interruption
    • Working closely with the maintenance and production supervision teams to support initiatives as required

    The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

    • Minimum Grade 12
    • Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (SAQCCGAS) or ability to become certified within 1-year of employment with the company
    • Proficient operation of a two-stage ammonia refrigeration system

    Maintenance & Project Planner

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 with completed N6 / National Diploma / BTech Electrical /Mechanical
    • A trade tested / qualified Artisan (Electrical or Mechanical)

    Experience:

    • 5 years post-trade experience and minimum 3 years planning experience
    • Have knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering practices
    • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Projects, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Explorer & MS Outlook)

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Planning and scheduling of maintenance (routine, preventative and projects)
    • Plan shutdowns, projects and feedback on progress
