    Graphic Design Intern

    • An opportunity has arisen for a candidate to work with the Company as a Graphic Designer on an intern basis. This will ideally suit a candidate who has just completed a relevant tertiary qualification and is seeking work experience, or is studying towards the relevant tertiary qualification.

    The ideal applicant will have:

    • Matric
    • Graphic Design degree / diploma
    • Ability to work under pressure & be able to adapt to shifting needs & priorities
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge in print process & print pre-production
    • Creative thinking & artistic ability
    • A good command of English language

    Reservations Outbound Consultant

    • We are seeking a dynamic Reservations Outbound Consultant who thrives on building strong member relationships and achieving sales and booking targets. Your consultative sales approach will help members maximise the value of their holiday ownership by driving engagement and guiding them to suitable options within the Beekman Group portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Commit to The Beekman Way, working cohesively as a team and going the extra mile to meet member needs.
    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual/face-to-face consultations with members, focusing on those who haven’t recently booked.
    • Promote and secure reservations across the portfolio, matching member preferences with available options.
    • Achieve and exceed outbound sales and booking targets, conversion rates, and contact percentages as set by the department manager.
    • Maintain productivity and quality standards, ensuring accurate booking processes and excellent customer interactions.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes  

    • Matric with 3 years relevant Call Centre experience,  
    • Experience working in outbound sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.

    Resort Manager – Kiara Lodge

    Key Performance Areas:

    • This role is responsible for managing staff & handling all aspects of the resort & associated facilities.  
    • Ensure that regular maintenance of the resort is carried out effectively.

    GSE Gardens – Margate Beach Club

    • Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for the gardens and grounds.  Clean braai grills and outside furniture and assist with general maintenance. The incumbent must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays.

    GSE Maintenance Assistant – Boulder Bay

    • Key Performance Areas: Performance of high-quality repairs and routine maintenance, as directed, to a wide range of Company assets, including but not limited to Buildings, Plant, Machinery, Furniture, Equipment and Facilities. Performance of refurbishment as well as other projects, including construction
    • Provides support to Handymen in all aspects of the technical / mechanical side of the resort functions.

    Business Process & Systems Administrator

    • The role of the Business Process and Systems Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Business in process mapping, automation projects, software system coordination and administrative functions for the Beekman Group of companies.
    • These include daily administrative tasks related to the various Operating Software Systems, reporting, User Management and maintenance, the coordination of updates and employee training in collaboration with the Training and Development Department to enable users to operate the system. It requires engagement with relevant stakeholders to understand how and for what the systems are used, and providing the support to keep the systems functioning with as little disruption to the Operations as possible.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • In-depth understanding of the software programmes as they are being applied in the various departments throughout the organisation
    • Build and Manage systems vendor relationships to maintain functioning of Software systems and Applications
    • Support end-users and super-users in the functionality, daily operations, reporting and technical administration of their systems
    • Assist departments and the wider user base in understanding and functionality of the systems.
    • Troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise in the day to day running of the systems and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
    • Respond to technical queries and troubleshoot with super-users and end-users.
    • Maintain system storage capacity and archive processes.
    • Manage software updates or changes as and when necessary
    • Manage Stakeholders and user support requests and requests for additional functionality
    • Coordinate Stakeholder engagements and meetings related to systems
    • Provide support in investigating new Software programmes to meet Business needs as and when required
    • Provide support and admin assistance to the Business Process and Systems Manager during projects and the subsequent automation of such processes as required.
