    FItter (Mpumalanga)

    PURPOSE

    • The role is responsible to ensure safe installation and maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment i e crusher/gearboxes/pumps etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Safety, Health , Environment and Quality
    • Display safety conduct at all time by wearing the correct PPE
    • Attend pre shift meetings
    • Report unsafe conditions and behaviour
    • Adhere to FA and client policies and procedures
    • Always behave safe
    • Maintenance and fabrication
    • Implement maintenance schedules
    • Maintains\repairs all mechanical equipment
    • Conduct plant inspection on all key mechanical equipment
    • Identifies and prioritise equipment in need of maintenance/repairs
    • Plans down time for repairs/maintenance
    • Plans for material and men to assist
    • Do risk assessment/study procedures

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • N2 - Mechanical engineering subjects
    • Trade test - Fitter - MQA/MERSETA preferred

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3 years minimum post trade test experience as Fitter
    • 2 years Learnership/Apprentice in Mining or Construction
    • Basic exposure to maintenance of general plant equipment

    Boilermaker (Mpumalanga)

    PURPOSE

    • The role is responsible to ensure the safe efficient installation, maintenance and repairs of all steel pipes, chutes, conveyors and other mining and construction beneficiation plant equipment and specialised steel manufacturing.

    Electrician (Mpumalanga)

    PURPOSE

    • The role is responsible to ensure that electrical & instrumentation planning, installation, maintenance and repairs/replacement of all electrical equipment is done safe and efficient (MV & LV).

    • Do general and processing maintenance/repairs e.g. change panels and sieve bends/tighten panels/cutting of skirting / unblocking of panels and flood boxes
    • Execute planned maintenance tasks

    Managing the team

    • Coach and assist co-workers
    • Specialised maintenance on conveyors and fire detectors
    • Legal inspections and logbooks
    • Fault finding on electrical systems and cable installations

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Trade test - MQA/MERSETA preferred
    • Dual Trade certificate as Electrician as well as instrument technician/ mechanician will be advantageous
    • N2 - Electrical engineering subjects

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
    • MV training/qualification will be advantageous
    • Siemens PLC and SCADA experience will be advantageous

    Human Resources Graduate (Gauteng)

    PURPOSE

    • This exciting position exists to support the HR department with a broad range of administrative, operational, and developmental tasks.

    Lowbed Driver (North West)

    PURPOSE

    • This role is responsible to safely and efficiently operate a lowbed truck for the transportation of heavy machinery, construction equipment, and oversized loads between sites, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations and company procedures.

    Requirements

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate lowbed truck to load, secure, transport, and offload heavy/oversized equipment.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer, ensuring roadworthiness.
    • Ensure proper loading techniques, including correct use of chains, binders, and securing devices.
    • Comply with traffic laws, road transport regulations, and permit requirements for abnormal loads.
    • Complete delivery and collection documentation (logbooks, trip sheets, delivery notes).
    • Monitor vehicle condition and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
    • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times.
    • Coordinate with site Supervisors, Diesel Mechanics, and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules.
    • Assist in minor maintenance or adjustments to secure loads when necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Valid Code 14 Driver’s License with PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum three to five years’ experience as a Lowbed or Heavy-Duty Truck Driver
    • Knowledge of abnormal load transportation regulations
    • Proven experience transporting construction/mining/heavy equipment safely
    • Knowledge of road traffic laws and abnormal load permit procedures
    • Safe and defensive driving
