    • PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control,  mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation
    • Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.

    People Support Clerk - Distribution Centre (Kwazulu Natal)

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • Provide administrative support to the DC People Support (PS) Generalist to ensure the timeous implementation of all PS activities within our Distribution Centre and to ensure a seamless experience for our Dynamos.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate internal recruitment, advertising, interview scheduling and screening.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including system tasks and checks.
    • Assist with Training & Development initiatives 
    • Maintain training registers, records and distribute toolbox talks.
    • Track daily absenteeism and maintain employee files and disciplinary records.
    • Prepare documentation for hearings and assist with related admin.
    • Assist with payroll administration and queries, including payslip distribution.
    • Support employees with general HR queries, access and documentation.
    • Assist in organising cultural and engagement events at the DC.
    • Coordinate culture forum logistics and documentation.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources 
    • TVET NQF6, 3 Year Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field 
    • End User Computing skills in G-Suite package 
    • Knowledge of administrative processes and methodologies
    • Knowledge of HR related processes and practices and good understanding of labour laws
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation
