    Risk Manager

    Job Description    

    • As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance and business continuity through the development and implementation of HSE plans, programs and initiatives with Premier staff and contractors to continually improve a resilient HSE culture on site.
    • Ensure legal compliance with all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental Acts and legislations through 
    • Implementing and maintaining standards & procedures 
    • Ongoing training, coaching and assessment 
    • evaluating and improving SOPs as needed. 
    • Implement and manage ISO 45001 & 14001 Management system 
    • Ensure business continuity by implementing and maintaining insurance 
    • related standards, addressing audit findings and putting emergency plans in place. 
    • To continually build a culture of health and safety and zero-injuries on site by engaging with our employees through onboarding new employees re HSE requirements, Arranging Annual / Entry / Exit medicals and reporting on it Creating and providing toolbox talks for the Invocoms. 
    • Addressing any unsafe behaviors and unsafe conditions 
    • Providing HSE legal compliance training 
    • Enabling and coordinating monthly HSE representatives 
    • Recognizing excellence for the site when observed 
    • Reinforcing compliance to policies and procedures 
    • To prevent incidents, injuries and property damage by proactively Identifying and addressing hazards to reduce and or minimize possible risks. 
    • To eliminate and reduce loss and theft to company by implementing control measures, proper investigation of any crime or loss incidents and continuous improvement of site and asset protection. 
    • Manage outsourced service providers and ad hoc contractors 
    • Ensure continually development of HSE on site through regular internal (Premier STAR) and external auditing.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • SAMTRAC / NEBOSH IGC Essential 
    • Diploma or degree in HSE – Essential and HIRA Training certificate ess

    Experience Requirements    

    • 5-10 years’ experience HSE/ Risk Manager from FMCG environment.
    • Managing outsourced service providers – 5-10 Years – Desirable 

    Skills and Competencies  

    • HSE Management and control systems; Working knowledge of all HSE legislation and Acts. HSE data analysis and trend identification. Incident investigation techniques and procedures Following Instructions and Procedures

    Transport Admin Clerk

    Main Objectives

    • To complete all administration, capture all transport related data for input to KPI reports, assist on site in the absence of the transport manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance, COF and servicing of fleet
    • Insurance/Accident claims submitted within required time.
    • Fines and traffic violation control
    • Capturing of vehicle fuel consumption and daily kilometers
    • Ordering and generate order numbers through Bank and VC
    • Ensures monthly kilometers remain within contractual limits and preform Cost allocations
    • Maintain and monitor Drm/ Vigil information system
    • Control of ordering parts and on hand stock
    • Monthly/weekly reports and stock counts

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent
    • Computer literate

    Experience Requirements    

    • 2 - 3yrs experience in Transport Administration preferably in an FMCG environment
    • Technical background will be an advantage
    • Code 10 with PDP

    Call Centre Agent

    Main Purpose

    • The Call Centre Agent will plays a vital role in receiving inbound calls and respond to customer complaints. To contact current and potential customers from the formal or informal trade by telephone to solicit sales orders. Attend to customer queries and complaints.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Excellent customer: Always maintain relations and have a professional attitude. Ensure excellent and professional customer service - first call resolution including effective soft skills, telephone and e-mail etiquette but not limited to business writing and bulk buying sale.
    • Communication & stakeholders Engagement: Assist other departments as needed on order specifications, additional needs, or special requirements.
    • Capturing of information: Ensure accurate capturing of information received from various sources on the relevant systems daily.
    • Operating guidelines: Obtain 100% on all call by adhering to operating guidelines and standard procedure (quality, accuracy & behavior)
    • Maintenance functions: Perform regular daily order schedule maintenance functions such as customer price checks and obtaining official authorization numbers from various buying groups.
    • Cross train: into other areas of the departments including HPC and Milling respectively but not limited to free stock orders.
    • Verification Process: Responsible for order entry and verification against customer order.
    • Teamwork: Working with the rest of the team to ensure the entire order processing function is running efficiently
    • Call Allocation: Ensure that all incoming calls are answered within the allocated timeframe as per standard processes

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Matric Certificate. Relevant sales qualification will be advantageous.

    Experience Requirements    

    • 1-2 years of previous working experience dealing with customers. (Essential)
    • 1-2 years years of work experience in an FMCG environment        (Desirable)
    • 1-2 years exposure to the Call Centre/Telesales. (Desirable)
    • 1-2 years of previous experience working on excel. (Desirable)

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Knowledge: Basic call centre SOP’s knowledge Desirable, understanding of FMCG Manufacturing basic GP 2010-Desirable.
    • Skills: Proficient in Communication-written, Problem-solving, Numerical ability. Organizational Understanding and Proactive thinking.
