Job purpose and key deliverables:

• The programme comprises of functional projects which, you, as an intern will be assigned over a period of 1 year. Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Organizational Psychology or equivalent
• The University Degree or equivalent should be obtained within the last year.
• We are looking for someone driven, ambitious and with a zeal for learning. You will need to have an analytical approach, complimented by excellent organisational and planning skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar, with diploma obtained between September 2021 and August 2024.
• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in Marketing roles.
• Passion for Marketing and a general knowledge of its core functions.
• Analytical and decision-making skills, with ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences.
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed.
• National and/or international mobility.
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience within a Finance function
• Passion for Finance and a general knowledge of its core functions
• ACCA qualification is considered a plus
• Analytical and decision-making skills
