Job Description

Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job (describe Major Responsibilities)
- Provide basic PC support to staff
- Assist with setting up and preparation of PC for new employees
- Connect printers for various users and troubleshoot
- End User Support (O365 Applications)
- Track and action Tickets in Service Now
- Provide LAN/WAN Support
- Support employees’ mobile devices setup and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Completed Degree/Diploma in IT
- 1 year work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Solid understanding of core principles within your field of study
- Computer literacy (MS Office essential, additional technical software is advantageous)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a technical environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be a team player
