    Live Account Executive

    Job Description

    • The Live Account Executive is an account executive tasked with managing day-to-day retail advertising campaigns – with particular of the management of product-and-price advertising collateral development. 
    • The candidate will liaise and work with agency brand stakeholders, driving a positive, proactive and collaborative relationship with client?  

    Responsibilities: 

    Client Relationship Management 

    • Build, and maintain, strong Client relationships 
    • Understand client advertising objectives and requirements 
    • Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing their needs 

    Briefing and Project Management 

    • Gather detailed client briefs and, together with the Head of DTP, interrogate and translate them into actionable briefs for the DTP studio, production, or FA department 
    • Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed expediently, efficiently and excellently 
    • Review creative deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines 
    • Support DTP management by drafting effective and timely job briefs and amendments 
    • Monitor and follow up on all outstanding briefs and debriefs from clients 
    • Ensure all briefs are approved upfront; and that all necessary internal and external processes, checks and approvals are completed prior to the handover of approved artwork 

    Communication and Collaboration 

    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across multiple departments, including creative, production, QA, DTP, traffic and FA to ensure optimal workflow and job actioning 
    • Timeously communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders 
    • Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environment 
    • Participation and assistance within all necessary Status Meetings, general team meetings and handover meetings 
    • Scheduling and arranging team meetings with all relevant parties, including the Head of DTP 
    • Ensure you, as well as the team, are well prepared for all client meetings 
    • Act as supporting point of contact for Clients in the absence of other team members 

    Attention to Detail 

    • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all output deliverables 
    • Pay close attention to details, such as deadlines and client specifications 
    • Proofread and edit all materials before sending to clients  

    Problem-Solving and Adaptability 

    • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during campaign execution 
    • Quickly escalate issues being managed, or those requiring senior intervention 
    • Be adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and challenges  

    Additional Responsibilities Include 

    • Updating and maintaining status reports, ensuring the status of each element of every campaign is clearly understood 
    • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on the progress of campaigns 
    • Maintain records of all client interactions, including meeting notes, emails, text messages, and phone calls 
    • Ensure all DTP work is accurate and delivered within specified deadlines 
    • Oversee the DTP process to ensure the final product meets the client's brief and is delivered on time 

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications 

    • Diploma or degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field  

    Experience 

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar client service position within advertising or a similar industry

    Group Head: Art

    Job Description

    • You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of talented art directors to create exceptional visual concepts across all channels. 
    • You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, driving brand awareness and engagement.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership

    • Oversee and mentor a team of art directors, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to foster their creative growth
    • Drive the development of innovative and compelling creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity

    Social Content Creator

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate must have a strong creative eye, excellent shooting and editing skills, and the ability to ideate and execute content that aligns with our clients' marketing objectives. This person should be highly adaptable, self-motivated, and always on top of the latest social content trends, able to identify which trends to leverage for different clients.
    • You must be well organized and have excellent creative and communication skills, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and most importantly, be adaptable. A positive and enthusiastic problem-solving attitude will get you far. The ability to apply strategic thinking and creativity to deliver top of the range visual content is essential for this role.
    • This role calls for a talented, self-motivated all-rounder with initiative to keep ahead of the digital content space. Ideally, you will be excited about technology and AI, enjoy playing with new content creation and editing tools, and see challenges as opportunities.

    Role: 

    • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and responding to trending content opportunities, conceptualizing, shooting, and editing social-first content, and ensuring that all output aligns with our clients’ brand objectives. You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our clients' social media presence through innovative content executions.
    • Your focus will be largely centered around tactical proposals and executions for social media. Ideally this would require you to collaborate very closely with our Social and Influencer Marketing departments to ensure ongoing access to online listening, trends, insights, and brand opportunities.
    • You will need to have experience with creating social media video content from start to finish; you would be required to ideate and deliver final creative products for social media and other online channels. From conceptualizing and story-boarding ideas through to creating the execution of content – filming / lighting & editing to photographing & retouching.

    Duties:

    • Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute social-first content, including video, photography, and motion graphics - pre-planned, ad-hoc and quick turn-around visual content creation.
    • Collaborate closely with the content producer, social media managers and in-house creative teams to develop engaging content for social platforms.
    • Production: Art Direction, Videography, Photography, Illustration & Design.
    • Postproduction: Editing, retouching, FA etc.
    • Excellent proposal and presentation skills with the ability to build client relationships.
    • Clear understanding of production requirements and be able to work effectively within timelines and budgets
    • Ability to multitask several creative projects and able to work under tight deadlines
    • Be on the forefront of AI trends and innovations, and the local & international landscape for social media, photography, videography and editing techniques.
    • Shoot and edit content using a variety of tools, including TikTok’s in-app editor, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant software.

    Minimum relevant experience:
