    Country Manager

    WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

    As a Country Manager, you will be in charge of planning, creating, supervising, and strategizing programs and projects to grow your Boldr’s team in your country. You will be expected to manage, guide, and supervise a team of talented team members and drive the attainment of our Company’s goals. The goal of this role is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success. You will work across different functions and interact with all departments to ensure smooth business operations.

    You will be responsible for managing all the resources of the organization in the country, and ensuring that Client and Company needs are met, while supporting our Community partners.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Operations Management
      • Directly manage all the Line Managers of the organization
      • Ensure that all processes are implemented and executed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with client specifications and quality requirements
      • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
      • Identify, develop, and implement recommendations for process improvements for each service Exceed targets below the operational budget set by the COO and Finance department Sets overall vision and leadership for the Country
      • Support goals by implementing and facilitating processes that promote continuous improvement, resulting in improved service quality and/or reduced operating expenses
    • People Management
      • Establish, promote, and maintain the Boldr culture within the organization.
      • Work seamlessly with the Line Managers to source employee career growth and development opportunities across all departments. Understand employee career growth aspirations to enable matching of Boldr’s needs with employee abilities .
      • Act as the escalation point for the Line Managers.
      • Responsible for upholding our organization’s values throughout the workplace.
    • Stakeholder Management
      • Develop and maintain an authentic relationship with all the Company, Client, and Community stakeholders and provide a seamless communications channel to all of them.
      • Work to maintain an open dialogue with all stakeholders in both positive and negative situations.
      • Collaborate with all the Line Managers and ensure excellent service to all stakeholders.
      • Support the Line Managers in handling issues which arise within each department.
      • Provide the Executive Team with strategic information, context, and recommendations for each department .
      • Participates in required meetings to address operational issues and is “the face” of the Country to all stakeholders .
      • Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for each department.
      • Establish plan to execute timely business reviews with each department.
    • Project Management
      • Utilize project management skills (including resource management, relationship management, delegation) to ensure timely creation and delivery of services to our stakeholders.
      • Directly manage the Company support departments to ensure that all pilots/projects are handled within their scope.
      • Responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of new Company projects.

    Customer Advocate - Project Base

    Requirements

    YOU HAVE…

    • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about!
    • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (may it be email, phone, or chat support)
    • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
    • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong and effective phone contact handling skills
    • An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form
    • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications
    • The ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
    • Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
