    Data Lead, Media (EMEA)

    The role

    • We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our regional EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) New Business Team in leading and winning regional pitches.
    • EMEA is a large and complex region within the dentsu global business, spanning 50 countries and 7000 people delivering media services to thousands of local (country-specific), pan-region and global clients.
    • Working closely with local dentsu Media teams and the EMEA New Business Team, you will use your deep expertise regarding audience management and identity to deliver compelling, robust narratives that showcase the best of our expertise and capabilities to clients through both written and presented content.
    • You are passionate about the value that data brings to brand and performance media and have your finger on the pulse of both what is happening in the wider media and communications industry, and home-grown innovations within the dentsu network, bringing best-in-class thought leadership and real-world case studies to clients.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Leading and evolving the audience data proposition for EMEA new business projects; ensure it is fully integrated with the overall pitch proposition, executable, clear, and easy to articulate at all levels
    • Leading fulfilment of data and tech pitch deliverables across all elements of new business projects; commercial, written and presentation
    • Working with global practice leads and data and analytics delivery teams to connect BAU delivery with pitch content
    • Keeping up to date with industry media effectiveness trends

    Media Investment Manager

    Role purpose

    • The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Investment Director on a day-to-day basis to ensure that their teams are delivering strong results for their clients. The role also encompasses is the management and reporting of Productivity Programs across a range of nominated clients. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders across local market, clients and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are accurately tracked, monitored and reported

    Key Accountabilities

    • Approve Flow plans & Schedules ensuring Productivity Targets are met
    • Implement productivity handbooks
    • Analyse productivity templates and evaluate how we are tracking against KPI’s monthly

    • Ensure KPI’s are met on dentsu commercial agenda (trading / Salesnet)

    Research & Insights

    • Maintain In depth knowledge of Media landscape , sharing Insights with Investment Lead & BUH's

    Professional skills

    • Coordinates internal and external stakeholders across local markets, clients and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are accurately tracked, monitored and reported
    • Collects data from specific markets using the agreed methodology (client specific) to quantify, measure, calibrate price performance compared to historical price benchmarks – across all media types
    • Manages data to normalise benchmarks to maintain as high levels of measurability as possible within the reports
    • Prepares and verifies data for the client reports – both data analysis and supporting commentary
    • Manages any external validation (by media auditors or the like) in conjunction with the Investment Director
    • Supports local markets in completion of templates and understanding of the associated permissible methodologies / normalisations

    Art Director

    Job Description:

    • Work closely with the content team to develop and produce creative concepts, campaigns, and functional digital designs that meet the client’s communications objectives and drive business results in response to creative briefs.
    • Conceptualise imagery and design to represent financial and other thought leadership topics in new and innovative ways.
    • Have a pro-active mindset to identify opportunities within each brief to develop work that’s clutter-breaking and possibly award-winning.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance no matter the scale of the design assets being created.
    • To present work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner
    • Work closely with relevant account teams, ensuring effective communication and management of team’s expectations
    • Work with the account director and content lead to understand the client’s brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of brand content and editorial properties.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Art Direction (or a Degree in Communication/Design/Fine Art, etc. that shows competent visual skills).
    • 10 years’ plus experience in art direction.
    • Expert technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Figma/XD, Illustrator, iMovie.
    • Mainstream advertising agency or publisher experience.
    • A passionate art director with both print and digital experience.
    • A sound knowledge of the relevant structures and processes in the agency.
    • Excellent computer literacy.
    • Confident communication skills.
    • MS Outlook, MSWord, MS PowerPoint and Keynote.
    • Financial services industry experience is an added advantage.
