    Payroll & HR Admin

    Purpose of the role:

    • Deliver the Payroll & HR Admin service offering to maximize the business performance.

    Core responsibilities / expectations:

    • Establish a professional, modern and lean payroll and HR administration process
    • External provider management like payroll, T&A partners, relocation, tax and pension providers etc.
    • Updating and managing HR master data including filing of documentation
    • Processing payroll
    • Adhering to and continuously staying updated on internal HR processes and policies
    • Communicating to internal stakeholders, providing information and advise linked to internal HR policies and processes
    • Processing tickets and act as 1st line support to employees and managers
    • Manage a lean process for administrating payroll and taxes in close collaboration with Payroll & HR Specialist
    • Oversee the Master Data compliance with all legal reporting requirements.
    • Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies
    • Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working
    • Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally and globally
    • Actively contribute to the development of the RCoE HR

    Reporting line:

    • Reports to Senior Payroll & HR Admin Specialist, RCoE

    Requirements - 

    Knowledge and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
    • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
    • Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement
    • Extensive knowledge and experience of payroll and HR administration process and a firm understanding of accounting principles
    • Good knowledge of cloud-based payroll and HR administration systems like SuccessFactors, or similar as well as Microsoft 365 and Teams and ticketing system like ServiceNow
    • Knowledge of Payspace or similar payroll systems is an advantage
    • Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams

    Personality:

    • Great communicator, both verbally and written and presentation skills
    • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong ownership with a business mindset
    • Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation and service mindset
    • Proactive problem-solver with the end-users best interest in mind
    • Strong self-management skills, motivation and ability to contribute to development

    Payroll & HR Admin Analyst

    Purpose of the role

    • Deliver the Payroll & HR Admin service offering to maximize the business performance.

    Core responsibilities / expectations

    • Establish a professional, modern and lean payroll and HR administration process
    • External provider management like payroll, T&A partners, relocation, tax and pension providers etc.

    • System management responsibility of regional/local systems like Payspace, T&A, ticketing system etc.
    • In close collaboration with Epiroc IT and Global RPA team responsibly for local and regional integrations.
    • Setup, maintenance and analysis of PowerBI module in Payspace
    • Drive and take ownership of improvement tasks, processes and routines within the area
    • Processing tickets and act as 2nd line support to employees and managers
    • Processing payroll when necessary, as stand-in to administrators
    • Continuously analyse and improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies
    • Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working
    • Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally and globally
    • Actively contribute to the development of the RCoE HR

    Requirements

    Knowledge and experience

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of working as Payroll and/or HR Admin specialist
    • Experience in project management
    • Technical skills and experience to support with automation initiatives like API
    • Extensive knowledge and experience of payroll and HR administration process and a firm understanding of accounting principles
    • Knowledge of Payspace or similar payroll systems is an advantage
    • Knowledge of PowerBI or similar data analysis tools
    • Good knowledge of cloud based payroll and HR administration systems like SuccessFactors, or similar as well as Microsoft 365 and Teams and ticketing system like ServiceNow
    • Experience of digitalization and automation of HR processes
    • Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams

    Production Supervisor

    Mission of the role:

    • To lead and supervise daily production activities in a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment, ensuring output aligns with production targets and plans.
    • The Production Supervisor will actively develop, motivate, and support the production team to grow their skills and improve throughput, contributing to Weco's goal of increasing production output by 20% year-on-year.

    Your mission:

    • Daily Operations: Lead pulse meetings, supervise CNC processes, drive efficiency improvements, and manage work centre schedules.
    • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards, ensure PPE use, conduct training, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions.
    • Team Development & Performance: Track output, conduct 1‑on‑1 reviews and annual P&D discussions, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Quality Management: Perform inspections, support NCR investigations, and train staff on quality control procedures and tools.
    • Problem Solving & Innovation: Resolve bottlenecks, report on metrics, apply Lean/6S practices, and explore new processes for effectiveness.
    • Team & HR Management: Approve leave and overtime, manage discipline and timekeeping, and facilitate HR discussions.
    • Maintenance & Supply Chain: Coordinate proactive maintenance, assist with breakdowns, oversee daily checks, procure materials, and collaborate cross‑functionally in meetings and client delivery.

    Your profile:

    • 5 years machining experience                                                                 
    • 3 - 5 years team leader/supervisor skills
    • Trade Tested Artisan - Fitter & Turner, Machinist, Tool and Die Maker or equivalent                                                                      
    • CNC Machining Training (Milling, Turning & Grinding)                              
    • Drafting / Technical Drawing  (Preferably SolidWorks)                    
    • CNC Programming (Prefereably EdgeCam)
    • Exposure to HMLV production environment
    • MS Office - Excel , PPT & MS Teams specifically

    Production Manager

    Mission of the role:

    • The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment, ensuring production meets planned targets.

    • Team Development: Monitor individual and team output, conduct reviews and P&D discussions, and foster a culture of motivation and continuous improvement.
    • Problem Solving & Innovation: Resolve bottlenecks, implement Lean/6S practices, and explore new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Team & HR Management: Approve leave and overtime, handle HR discussions, discipline, and timekeeping to support workforce management.
    • Maintenance & Supply Chain: Coordinate proactive maintenance, assist with breakdowns, oversee daily checks, manage material procurement, and collaborate cross‑functionally in meetings and client delivery.

    Your Profile:

    • Trade Tested Artisan/Engineering Qualification BSC Mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent and Business Management Qualification.
    • Minimum of 5 years management experience a heavy engineering manufacturing environment.
    • CNC Machining Experience (Milling, Turning & Grinding).
    • Drafting / Technical Drawing Experience (Preferably SolidWorks.
    • Understand financial statements, job costing and finance reporting.
    • Exposure to HMLV production environment.
    • MS Office - Excel , PPT & MS Teams specifically.
