    Description

    • Ensure the quality, presentation, consistency and taste of all meals
    • Maintain appropriate hygiene standards of the workstations and the kitchen at all times
    • Ensure that specifications are correct according to the standard recipes
    • Ensure daily and meals and food for functions are prepared timeously
    • Ensure the correct accompaniments and condiments are served with all meals
    • Assist the Chef with menus; creativity and innovation
    • Assist with the service and presentation of meals

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • 2 years’ relevant experience
    • Knowledge of cookery terminology and preparation methods
    • Knowledge of Halaal dietary needs and cultural requirements and constraints
    • Oversee the preparation and cooking of all meals served by the Catering Department as per the standard recipes, production schedules and cycle menus

    Description

    Kronos Administrator

    Description

    • Provide first-line system support to managers and employees to resolve timekeeping, scheduling and user access queries.
    • Ensure accurate time and attendance records are maintained per employee.
    • Maintain employee profiles and workforce data, including user account setup, updates, and deactivation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve device related queries, or log system support queries.
    • Escalate complex system issues to the Kronos Specialist or UKG support centre.
    • Generate and distribute reports to Line Managers for all exceptions noted (Unexcused Absences, Missed punches, Late in, Early out, etc) and follow up on outstanding exceptions.
    • Conduct routine audits of time and attendance records and follow up on discrepancies with Line managers
    • Generate the weekly Agency and Sessional extracts for payroll and related agency service providers for payroll processing.
    • Resolve employee related & payroll related queries timeously for payroll to accurately process payment
    • Training of Line Managers and users (enrolment, approval of timecards, overtime and exceptions).
    • Support the effective operation of the Workforce Management system, and any related updates on the system
    • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and SOPs relating to time and attendance.
    • Ensure compliance with Basic Conditions of Employment Act, POPI compliance, and healthcare related industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Experience working with the UKG Workforce Management System, including employee scheduling and basic system administration (pre-requisite)
    • Prior experience in a healthcare related industry either in system administration or HR/ Payroll related field (pre-requisite)
    • Sound understanding of time and attendance processes and labour legislation governing working hours and attendance
    • Knowledge and background of the Sage 300 People System
    • A diploma/qualification in Information Technology or Human Resources Management (advantageous)
    • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing and processing
    • Ability to work with various Line Managers and ensure effective communication
    • Willingness to travel between facilities if required and have own transport

    Enrolled Nurse - Paediatrics

    Requirements

    • Current Registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse
    • Post Basic Qualification in Critical Care General will be advantageous
    • Minimum 2 -3 years’ proven experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU
    • Ventilator competency is essential
    • Shift work compulsory and work overtime when required
    • Be flexible and willing to assist in other departments
