    Learning and Development Intern

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of a Matric qualification
    • A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, HR, or Learning and Development is desired
    • At least 1 year of experience in Training Administration, Online Learning, Classroom training, or Learner Management Systems is advantageous
    • At least 1 year of experience with hosting webinars, and online conferences is advantageous
    • A strong command of the English Language both written and verbal
    • Computer Literate (Intermediate Experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel packages)
    • Good Telephone Etiquette
    • A strong focus on service excellence
    • A Good Virtual Online Presence

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Communicate with delegates via email and telephone to answer course-related queries 
    • Capture booking registration forms to enroll delegates in training courses
    • Capture delegate data onto Learner Management System,scan, and store registration forms
    • Provide support in classroom training to printing training materials, booking catering, room set up, and presenter support
    • Provide support to virtual classroom training programs online such as welcoming delegates, hosting onboarding sessions, demonstrations of Virtual Classroom and Learner Management System, and troubleshooting challenges in the virtual delivery platform
    • Generate training reports and certificates
    • Collate course feedback into client close-off training reports

    Tier 1 IT Support Engineer

    Minimum Requirements

    • MCP/A+/N+/M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent.
    • 4-6 years experience in a desktop support/Tier 1 IT Support Engineer environment.
    • Administering and Supporting Microsoft AD and/or Entra ID.
    • Installing and supporting desktop operating systems.
    • Installing and supporting Office365 applications.
    • Installing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
    • Troubleshooting networking problems.
    • Installing and supporting voice applications.
    • Supporting and remediating anti-virus and security issues.
    • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
    • Ability to work accurately and according to policy.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assists with monitoring, investigating, and remediating all security threats.
    • Resolves service requests according to SLA.
    • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptops, desktops, printers, and mobiles.   
    • Creates/amends/deletes user accounts in all systems.
    • Supports IT Administrators with escalated calls.
    • Supports Video Conferencing and biometric access control equipment.
    • Configures, administers, and troubleshoots O365 including Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, and InTune.
    • Attends meetings and updates documentation accurately when required.

    Asset Care Planner

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of a Matric qualification is needed.
    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
    • A minimum of 1 - 2 Years industry relevant experience in a maintenance environment.
    • At least 1-year of experience in a computerised maintenance management system.
    • Planning and scheduling experience is desired.
    • MS Office (With medium to strong skills in Excel).

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Administer the maintenance work management process in the computerised maintenance management system.
    • Add value to preventative and non-urgent reactive maintenance work through advance planning of maintenance work execution.
    • Participates in the weekly maintenance scheduling meeting.
    • Analyse completed maintenance work feedback in support of continuous improvement for planning purposes.
    • Ascertain accurate recording of maintenance work feedback in the computerised maintenance management system
    • Evaluate the status of maintenance work in the maintenance management process, and highlight problem areas.
    • Participate in the cross-functional team to identify critical spare parts and assist with the improvement of the material master.
    • Manage the rotatable spare process interface with maintenance work management.    
    • Report on maintenance work waiting for spares as input to the weekly scheduling meeting.
