Job Description
- The 2026 Graduate Sales Program is designed to accelerate learning through two complementary focus areas - Digital & Physical POS.
- The Graduate will gain hands-on experience supporting Red Bull’s On Premise Trade Marketing and Insights teams, developing POS tools and reporting systems that enhance visibility, drive execution quality, and strengthen customer partnerships across channels.

POS Tool Management
- Support the development of activation plans and toolkits that drive Red Bull’s visibility and volume in trade, ensuring the brand "Looks Like #1" across all On Premise segments (Bars, Clubs, HORECA, QSR, Catering etc.).
- Develop and optimize Red Bull’s digital and physical POS suite to elevate visibility and brand consistency.
- Manage local POS requests and monitor stock, placement, and compliance across key accounts.

Trade Marketing Support

- The Red Bull Graduate Trainee Program is an opportunity for any graduate who wants to make their mark, and fast track their career. - PRIMARY PURPOSE - Business Insights & Data management

- The Field Marketing Graduate Trainee supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) in building the local face of Red Bull in their field in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. They work with the FMM and FMS to build strong local networks including opinion leaders and key influencers both online (social media) and offline. They help to create and implement marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities and encompassing local needs and specificities and therefore impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business.
