What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Extracting alarms logs from Remote Monitoring System and prepare monthly performance report for SMPMS vendors.
- Initiating and implementing ideas and providing feedback on software tools, procedures and improvements to NOC functionality.
- Providing assistance with NOC integration, industry monitoring/ticketing tools.
- Analyzing faults resolution process and developing scripts and reports to optimize.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

The Maintenance Administrator I is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the company, handling administrative tasks and providing customer service. The incumbent will also act as the point of contact for all Operations and manage their queries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as part of a dynamic new-build team dedicated to building cell tower sites throughout South Africa.
- Work with Regional Site Specialists to visit sites on behalf of Site Development and ensure best design is identified in terms of specifications of site build and in line with approved permits.
- Arrange for contractors to provide site design layouts in line with the policies and procedures of SBA, which are to be used for ground leases and permits.
- Manage engineering firms or contractors to conduct site surveys for civil quotations; DCP and Geotech analysis; and power location and power application for new tower builds.
- Review construction plans and layouts with architectural and engineering firms, construction contractors, and others.
- Assist the Construction manager by reviewing all civil quotes in line with civil specifications and assist by driving contractor selection for Site builds by managing bid documents, pricing reviews, and bid awards.
- Review construction bids from contractors and verify all costs are reasonable, for final review by the Construction Manager.
- Understand typical Construction Regulations related to tower construction, ability to learn local nuances, and to apply these requirements to project(s).
- Supervise contractors and engineering firms who have primary day-to-day site construction management responsibility to ensure sites are delivered on time and within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of material to construction sites.
- Manage site acceptance process and ensure all closing documents such as As-Builts are delivered to the company.
- Ability to interface with customer site selection and construction managers to ensure delivery of sites to the customers.
- Travel extensively throughout the country and willingness to spend extensive time in the field, managing the process.
- Supervise engineering firms to ensure timely delivery of documents for permit purposes, and final detailed design drawings for construction.
- Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to the approved drawings and within the agreed timelines.

This position is responsible for supporting the Power Manager and Field Operations department. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Power equipment planning, installation, decommissioning, maintenance, modifications, surveillance, and analysis. The Site Development Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the Site Development office, which includes Site Acquisition and Construction Management. The Incumbent shall be responsible for all administrative processing of documentation as may be required from the Site Development team. Creating purchase orders and processing relevant invoices as well as ensuring compliance with respective law; all clerical-related duties and ensuring Site Development team's administration is updated and processed efficiently, effectively, and timeously and taking ownership of all administrative duties within the Site Development Team.

- Manage all site development administrative functions within the Department such as Database management; uploading of documents on portals; reviewing permits and assessing as-built documentation.
