Minimum Requirements

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Qualification in Horticulture, Botany or a related field
• Proven experience in indoor plant care and design
• Strong knowledge of plant species and maintenance techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and mentor service technicians
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally as needed

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of plant installations and maintenance.
• Engage with top clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Train and up-skill plant service technicians to improve service quality.
• Minimize plant replacements through effective plant care and maintenance strategies, and plant species selection.
• Advise the business on new business ideas and emerging design trends.

Job Context

• Servest a registered Pty [Ltd] company recruits successful canddiates with Dog handler certificates in the Kzn region of (Stanger/Amathikhulu)
• A minimum requirement is Valid Psira Grade C , Matric certificate, Valid Dog handler certificate.
• 1-2 Years experience in security industry
• Good communication skills and a clear criminal record.
