    Head of Key Account Management

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and key account management tools.
    • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute account management strategies that align with broader business goals.
    • Client Relationship Management: Proven expertise in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers to ensure they meet performance goals and client expectations.
    • Strategic Account Management: Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service and meets revenue targets.
    • Client Relationship Oversight: Directly manage relationships with the company’s most important clients, acting as the senior point of contact.
    • Revenue Growth and Profitability: Drive revenue growth across key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of Account Managers, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the account management function.
    • Contract Management and Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments managed by the team, ensuring favourable terms for the company.

    Greenskeeper

    Minimum Requirements

    • South African citizen
    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Clear criminal record
    • Must have Turf grass qualification & Horticulture Diploma
    • Must have a valid un-endorsed drivers licence (Code B)
    • Must have at least 5-8 years working experience in golf course maintenance
    • Must be computer literate and have strong and accurate report writing skills
    • Must be well groomed and be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
    • Deadline driven
    • Must have a passion for the golf industry
    • Sound knowledge of relevant equipment utilised in golf course maintenance
    • Detailed understanding of golf & Turf construction
    • Knowledge of fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage the golf course processes of mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, maintenance of bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming and general maintenance
    • Lead and manage a team responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the golf course, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
    • Ensure that machine maintenance schedules are adhered to and operate golf course equipment
    • Ensure proper care and continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
    • Maintain critical operations such as fertilizing, spraying herbicides and pesticide applications to promote healthy turf and plant life.
    • Prepare the course to peak for special events
    • Walk and inspect every green daily.
    • Ensure compliance with Occupational health & safety standards
    • Analyse and implement appropriate measures to optimize turf condition

    Executive Head: Business & Market Development

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the facilities management, construction, or service-oriented industries.
    • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of integrated facilities management services, and sustainability services.
    • Experience with strategic growth initiatives in this space is highly desirable.
    • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage client expectations effectively.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, create actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively to senior executives and stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and drive results under pressure.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of new business initiatives, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. Adjust strategies as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with group BDE, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure business development strategies are aligned with company objectives and operational capabilities.
    • Marketing & Branding Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, create promotional materials, and enhance the company’s brand presence in the marketplace.
    • Innovation & Service Enhancement: Provide input to the development of new service offerings and solutions that meet market needs. Contribute to the company’s innovation strategies to stay competitive.
    • Manage Development / Build Capability of the BU Sales Team, Manage Individual Performance in collaboration with the DMD and Chief Commercial Officer.
