    Ops Specialist: Corp Social Investment

    Job Responsibilities

    Operational Management

    • Coordinate and administer day-to-day CSI operations, including project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Manage CSI budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial compliance and accurate record-keeping.
    • Oversee contracts, MOUs, and service-level agreements with implementing partners, NGOs, and suppliers.
    • Ensure CSI initiatives align with the company’s CSI strategy, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

    Project Coordination & Implementation

    • Support the implementation of CSI projects from inception to close-out.
