    YC: Competence Development Administrator

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Manage flight, transfers and accommodation for training delegates;
    • Prepare Attendance Registers
    • Prepare Notice Board/Lecture Room
    • Print indemnity, name tags, material, certificates etc.

    YC: Marketing Assistant

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Internal marketing support

    • Assist in the execution of internal marketing initiatives to align with corporate objectives.
    • Support content creation for internal communications, including newsletters, presentations, and internal events.
    • Coordinate marketing collateral distribution across internal stakeholders and dealership networks.
    • Ensure alignment with global and regional brand guidelines in all marketing activities.

    Budget support

    • Track campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports to assess ROI and effectiveness.

    Dealer support

    • Provide marketing assistance to UD Trucks' dealer network, ensuring alignment with corporate branding.
    • Support dealers in executing localized marketing initiatives, including events, digital marketing, and PR activities.
    • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing toolkits and promotional materials for dealer use.

    Minimum qualifications and experience

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
    • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in the automotive or B2B sector. 
    •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    YC : Legal Assistant

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Supporting in commercial litigation matters by preparing briefs to external counsel, liaising with attorneys, attending consultations and court proceedings;
    • Supporting in labor and disciplinary matters by preparing charge sheets, compiling evidence bundles, preparing arguments and liaising with external attorneys and attending at CCMA hearings;
    • Conducting legal research and drafting of opinions;

    YC: Production Planner & Controller

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Responsible for ensuring adherence to the production plan.
    • Report the production status daily in the QRQC meeting.
    • Monitor daily and monthly sign-off targets ensuring all production goals are met.
    • Monitor all station's downtime and issues and report out.
    • Responsible for coordinating meetings between production, logistics, sales, engineering, quality etc for all production planning and control issues.
    • Maintain CCR system and ensure that it’s working properly.
    • Responsible for creating a recovery plan whenever there is backlog in production.
    • Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
    • Make performance reports and distribute them to the necessary departments daily and weekly.
    • Check and ensure runtime hours are correct for each station.
    • Monitor delayed and trial vehicles to make sure they are processed properly.
    • Work with IT team on any issues with systems or processes.
    • Coordinate with different departments on any request related to production, Inventory shortages, and Quality issues.
    • Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality
    • Adherence to all Safety Policies within the Organization
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining all systems related to production planning for trucks e.g: co-pilot, CPO e.t.c

    YC: Junior Material Controller

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Responsible to keep the environment safe and adhere to all Safety Policies
    • Responsible for follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery of truck materials including packing platforms
    • Monitor the performance of suppliers including packing platforms in terms of delivery
    • Responsible for calling off materials based on MRP calculations
    • Ensure that the management and good visualization of the local warehouse 
    • Maintain and monitor reports as per requirements
    • Co-ordinate and support warehouse to set up Safety stocks and re-order levels
    • Responsible for follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery of truck materials including packing platforms

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Responsible for UDPS implementations for Logistics 
    • Responsible for finalizing all logistics process flows 
    • Represent logistics in product and process-related projects both internal and external.
    • Responsible to identify areas of improvement in all processes and areas and to implement projects/improvement activities to eliminate/reduce waste
    • Determine logistics support requirements, such as facility details, staffing needs, or safety or maintenance plans.
    • Design, develop, and implement efficient logistics systems that meet the specific needs of the company

    • B-Degree in Cost Management and/or Accounting (B.Com/B-Tech)
    • Financial knowledge and good understanding of Financial function.
    • At least 2 - 3 years Costing experience.
    • Good budgeting knowledge.
    • Experience in automotive manufacturing (Advantageous)
