    Aftersales Manager

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of the Service and Parts Department to ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit, the management of the sales, staff and finances in both departments.
    • Create and implement customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and marketing strategies to develop existing and new service business;
    • Manage service and parts department profitably through financial controls and resource allocation. Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;
    • Establish customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high customer satisfaction index; and;
    • Lead, develop and motivate staff

    Requirements

    • Matric Certificate, Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
    • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Auto mobile / Mechanical management and 10 years in Auto Workshop experience with knowledge of modern workshop systems;
    • Management and self driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.
    • Application of Policies and Procedures, Warranty / Insurance knowledge, Brand / product and program knowledge, Financial analysis and teamwork;
    • Valid driver’s license
    • MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Candidate must be willing to learn and develop new skills
    • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment
    • Manages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectives

    Parts Consultant

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Build Customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty by identifying customer needs and providing solutions to those needs;
    • Accurately capture Customer needs and assess parts needs; needs attention to detail.
    • Identify part source, obtain parts & price , invoice and deliver parts;
    • Create attractive displays and comfortable environment to the Customer;
    • Interpret the pricing structure & fully and effectively the billing and invoicing procedure.
    • To consistent in Sales Performance with a monthly sales growth.
    • Ensure monthly sales target is met; exercise good time management.

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • Strong communication skills.
    • EPC catalogues knowledge.
    • At least 2 year work experience in a Parts environment.
    • Computer & Business system knowledge and product knowledge would be an advantage.

    • Work independently & be self disciplined.
