Finance and Insurance Consultant at Westvaal Group

Duties / Responsibilities

• Create and implement customer enthusiamsm and owner loyalty statgies ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high Customer Satisfaction Index;
• Create and implement strategies to cultivate sales of extended warranties and aftermarket products
• Offer financial alternatives consistent with the market, customer needs and wants
• Complete paperwork to ensure compliance with government regulations
• Create relationships with internal departments and external resources

Requirements

• Grade 12 with Maths & Economics, FAIS 1 and FAIS 2 and NCR accreditation
• Certificate of compliance in terms of RE exam;
• A minimum of 3 years relevant financial experience;
• Self-driven abilities coupled with leadership, Integrity, Analysis and Problem-solving abilities will ensure further suitability.
• Application of Financial & Product Policies & Procedures, Business system, Marketing, Computer Knowledge, Financial Analysis and Customer handling knowledge;
• Strong communication skills.
