    Assistant Manager Financial Modelling- Model & Insights

    Job Description

    • As an Assistant Manager in the Business Modelling team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of engagements across various sectors, with responsibility for leading on-the-ground teams, managing and coaching junior staff and supporting the partners and directors in client-facing delivery.

    The nature of work that you will get involved in may include:

    • Building financial models capable of Decision Support / Capital Allocation / Tariff setting / Valuations / Consolidations / Commercial Viability
    • Exposure to Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Mining and Manufacturing are advantageous
    • Experience in government lead procurement programmes such as REIPPP, RMIPPP, ESIPPP are desirable

    • Oversee and manage multiple projects within Data Science and Data Engineering space. Perform Stakeholder and Business Engagement and manage the end-to-end delivery to client by leading teams of Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

    Tax & Vat Consultant (Contract) -Global Tax Centre Africa

    Job Description
    NB: This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract based in the Midrand office.

    • Under minimal supervision, to manage and lead large multinational clients under Global Compliance Outsourcing. 
    • Ability to lead Multinational clients without minimal support
    • Is confident to present and lead with client discussions
    • Ability to manage difficult conversations with clients and know when to bring in the Partner or AD to support
    • Through the effective working relationships built within the client business to understand their requirements, suggests improvements to processes that better deliver to the business needs. 
    • Registering taxpayers for various taxes
    • Data wrangling on excel for importation into compliance tool
