    Payroll Support Administrator - T & A x 2

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    Integration Support:

    • Support Payroll Specialist with investigating and resolving queries and errors. Ensuring that all resolutions and changes are supported by approved and correct documentation.
    • Daily Managing of data relating to new engagements, terminations and movement notifications.
    • Identifying trends with the types of errors and number of errors per company.
    • Communicate errors in data to relevant stakeholders for timeous resolution.

    Data Support:

    • Support Payroll Specialist (Projects and Reporting) with data match queries and resolution. Ensuring that all resolutions and changes are supported by approved and correct documentation.
    • Manual intervention on updating of master data where required.
    • Monthly data clean ups to be completed accurately and timeously through data comparisons and daily tasks.
    • Data related system administration and configuration as required.

    Project support:

    • Responsible for department projects as when required.

    Reporting:

    • Responsible for department Adhoc reporting as when required.

    System Integration Support:

    • Ensuring all integration errors are timeously fixed by liaising with IT & external System providers.
    • All integration errors, quality issues or deadlines not met are logged onto the Payroll Improvement Log on MS Teams and to follow through with resolution. 

    Customer experience

    • Apply the internal customer experience payroll training when dealing with your internal customers.

    Support Queries

    • All internal & External customer queries need to be resolved within the service level agreements.
    • Attend to all queries relating to new engagements, terminations, movement, data variances and general support queries.

    General:

    • Adhere to all Payroll deadlines daily/weekly and monthly basis.
    • General admin duties as required.
    • General, statistical & Analytical reporting as when required.
    • Keep abreast of all changes within the Payroll department.
    • Stay current with software functionality changes.
    • Additional Adhoc functions may be required.
    • Confidentiality of all Payroll information is to be maintained.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Conduct market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.

    Marketing Administrator

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Sending order number requests for intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as keeping track of the order numbers on a spreadsheet for the Marketing Administration Team Lead to evaluate the costings for each department.
    • Ensuring project codes are created and used for the ON process.
    • Assist with ordering stock and doing stock-take of stock on-hand to ensure stock is maintained.
    • Assisting with queries raised by management which requires extracting source documentation.
    • General admin duties.
    • Stock ordering for the department
    • Petty cash requests and documents for payment.
    • Jarrison/Time and Attendance updates daily.
    • Sorting all new starter induction packs, IT set up, stock required.
    • Ensure the above (final version) and other documents are chronologically saved/backed up.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Monitor Hollywood Retail branches cash recons during your allocated rostered shift and as allocated by your Supervisor\ or Manager.
    • Area\s or Region\s for monitoring will be explained to you at the beginning of your shift.
    • Familiarize yourself with each branches cash drawer threshold limits and ensure that Clerks going over their respective limits are stopped by means or being blocked on the system or following the telephone protocol i.e. Senior Team Leader, Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and lastly Risk Manager.
    • Ensure that Betting Clerk monies are physically transferred to the Admin Back Office safe by means of telephonic confirmation with the STL or BM on duty.
    • Required to send day end shift reports as well as Morning update reports.
    • Required to send “Special Reports” to the Risk and Operations Manager in the event of an emergency cash situation at the branch.
    • Required to assist the CMD Team Leader and\ or Risk Manager with other duties within the boundaries of Risk Management and Control.
    • Providing “On the Job” training and mentoring for new recruits.
    • Always following protocol and not bypassing chain of command.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Develop and implement a regional strategy to attain forecasted growth and ensure regional targets for mobile betting are met.
    • Generate sales by identifying new business opportunities.
    • Identifying customer groups and actively implementing regional marketing campaigns to increase the mobile customer base.
    • Conduct frequent market trend research and analysis (SWOT) to influence strategy.
