    Business Application Coordinator

    Job Purpose:

    • The Business Applications Coordinator is accountable for providing systems support, training, maintenance and assistance to users with regards to various business applications.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Call Handling 

    • Managing Service Desk tickets efficiently and professionally to ensure the concerns are addressed.
    • Handle incoming customer calls promptly.
    • Understand and analyze concerns to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
    • Manage call flow efficiently during peak times and prioritize urgent queries.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or AIT following established protocols.
    • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and active listening skills to ensure customers feel heard and valued.
    • Record detailed and accurate information on the tickets to ensure that the query is escalated correctly with all the required detail.
    • Analyse call data to identify recurring issues and propose actionable solutions to reduce their frequency."

    Help Desk Management and Query Resolution

    • The ability to resolve logged tickets efficiently and effectively
    • Address and resolve tickets logged by customers through the helpdesk system within defined SLAs.
    • Ensure that you comply with the SLA agreements
    • Accurately document the nature of the issue, the steps taken to resolve it, and the resolution outcome.
    • Monitor ticket queues to ensure all tickets are assigned and addressed promptly.

    Job Purpose:

    • The training and education of students; student consultations; the establishment of a knowledge base of the discipline through academic research & development, and to provide support to the Academic Development Consultants.

    Senior Researcher

    Overall Job Purpose:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Research and Scholarship

    • Takes ownership for own research output targets to achieve the required A-list for the brand.

    Academic Operations Coordinator

    Job Purpose:

    • The role of the Academic Operations Coordinator is to coordinate, implement, provide support and generally oversee the events and initiatives to enhance and improve the overall student experience.     Minimum Requirements:

    • A Degree /Honours/ Masters in Marketing/ Marketing specialising in Business to Business Marketing.
    • 2 to 3 years Lecturing or Formal Tutoring.
    • 1 to 3 years of industry-specific experience in area of specialisation will be advantageous.
    • One NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.

    Financial Administrator

    Job Purpose:

    • The Financial Administrator is responsible for any financial related task of the campus and ensures all finance administration is complied with on site.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Role and Responsibilities

    • This position records the day-to-day financial transactions of the Campus and is responsible for writing
    • up/recording, the daily receipts, payments in the correct ledger account
    • Assist with cash sales collected and banking,
    • Responsible for the Cash up procedure and daily banking of all receipts, electronically or on site
    • Responsible for providing copy of account statements on request
    • Responsible for the Cash up procedure and daily banking of all receipts on site
    • Monthly billing of sundry cash receipts

    Additional Responsibilities/Tasks

    • In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required
    • Refund requests, hand letter of requirements to Account payer/student; load all necessary documents on cheque tracking (Principal to sign off)
    • Prepare 1 Copy of hand over files – from list provided by Central Debtors (when required)
    • Assist with suspension of student cards – from list provided by Central debtors (when required)
    • Direct queries from Students/account payers to Debtors @ National if you cannot resolve

    TECHNICAL/Preferred SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
    • Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spread sheets.
    • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
