Main responsibilities / Job mission:

• Follow the website content guidelines and ensure the content is published on time
• Provide content support to the business stakeholder
• Review and evaluate Web page content and information architecture to provide suggestions

• Collaborate with the Graphics Designers to request digital assets for the web pages
• Perform basic HTML updates and changes
• Run broken link reports and resolve content-related issues

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience creating and maintaining website content using WordPress CMS.

Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:  

• Provision of Pre Sales support to the Client Development team to assist in closing D365 opportunities
• Architecting solutions on behalf of clients focused on providing business value utilising Agile principles
• Guiding teams in the deployment and delivery of D365 solutions
• Provide continuity in D365 solution decisions through PARTICIPATION in project planning, review, and quality assurance activities
• Must be able to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems while maintaining adherence to Microsoft best practices and supported development approaches
• Client facing role must be able to gather requirements from customers and translate these into system designs and implementation 

Requirements 

• Matric plus applicable tertiary equivalent experience or preferably, an ICT relevant diploma or degree from a recognised tertiary institution
• 3+ years' experience in development or function configuring, customising and integration of D365 solutions
• D365 Fundamentals and/or Power Platform Fundamentals highly advantageous
• Other D365 certifications would also be advantageous
• Software development experience with aligned to D365 and/or Power Platform is Advantageous
• Deep knowledge of D365 components, design, entities, customisation, configuration, integration, and implementation
• Agile Scrum software development practices and disciplines and team-based software implementation/development
• Customisation and Implementation D365 across several business lines

Requirements

• Architect IT solutions which involve the application and integration of a broad variety of functions processes, products, data, technologies and services from either the enterprise or solution perspective
• Architecture experience within the various architecture domains which consists of Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure and Security Architecture domains
• Architect IT solutions which encompass both functional and non-functional components across multiple elements of the enterprise in every solution designed
• Ability to align business requirements to proposed solution architectures
• Ability to extract, structure and document solution architecture analysis
• Skills in presenting to peers, IT, Governance forums, Business stakeholders and Executives.
• Ability to map the proposed business solution onto a various frameworks including security, legal, compliance, risk management etc.

Qualifications and Experience 

• Industry recognized Architecture certification such as TOGAF, ZACHMAN
• Cloud solution architect certification in AWS or Microsoft Azure
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience
• Experience in Financial Services, Retail and Medical industry sectors would be beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and leadership skills
• Presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
• Experience in Agile methodology

Key Responsibilities and/or Outputs

• Creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app
• Delivering a complete front end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating and engaging with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5 (3 - 10 years' experience preferred)
• Experience with Node.js (at least 2 years)
• Experience with web and mobile apps preferred
• Professional, precise communication skills
• Expert knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
