MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP EWM and ShipERP Test Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM and ShipERP processes, configuration, and integration.
• Proficiency in test management tools and test automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• SAP EWM and ShipERP certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management processes, as well as shipping and transportation logistics, is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning:

• Collaborate with project stakeholder to understand the SAP EWM and ShipERP implementation requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, including scope, objectives, test cases and schedules.
• Identify and document test objectives, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria for EWM and ShipERP

Test Case Design:

• Create detailed test cases based on the functional and technical specifications of SAP EWM and ShipERP
• Ensure test cases cover various aspects of these systems, including warehouse processes, logistics, shipping, and integration points.
• Consider performance, security, and regression testing needs while designing test cases.

Test Execution:

• Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools
• Record and report test results, including defects, issues, and deviations from expected outcomes.
• Verify that the SAP EWM and ShipERP systems comply with business requirements and performance standards.

Defect Management:

• Identify, document and report defects in the SAP EWM and ShipERP systems
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and track defect resolution.
• Verify and validate defect fixes to ensure they are properly addressed.

Regression Testing

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality in EWM and ShipERP
• Maintain a regression test suite and execute it as needed during development cycles.

Intergration Testing:

• Coordinate intergration testing between SAP EWM and ShipERP system.
• Ensure data and process flows between these system are seamless and synchronized

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test reports for SAP EWM and ShipERP.
• Keep records of test data, configurations and any testing related issues.

Collaboration:

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and business users.
• Participate in regular meetings to review project progress and address issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with SAP EWM and ShipERP best practices and advancements
• Continuously improve testing process and methodologies to enhance the quality of integrated systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Effectively coordinate, implement the functional design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the business's Ecommerce sites to ensure optimal stability, functionality and performance.
• Leads subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and oversees Ecommerce site vendor's and developers to ensure that Ecommerce sites are built and expanded based on evolving technology and business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2 or more years’ work experience as a webmaster or ecommerce manager, lead or supervisor.
• 2 or more years’ Ecommerce platform experience, preferably Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)
• Comprehensive web development knowledge and skills
• Internet and hosting knowledge
• Knowledge of website management and performance tools
• Working knowledge of common web development scripting languages and operating systems
• Online marketing and SEO techniques
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection
• Knowledge related to the compliance of the ECTA and CPA
• Relevant SAP exposure.
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
