    Manager: Internal Control x3

    Mission/ Core purpose of the Job

    The Manager: Internal Control is accountable to provide monitoring and oversight (second line role) over compliance to technology related company policies and procedures. The role spans Group and OpCos. The role will maintain the policy and procedure universe and use this as the base for the monitoring and oversight activities.
    The role will further work with the relevant business units (who are the primary owners of their respective policies and procedures) to develop policies and procedures where these do not exist or assist management to improve these where weaknesses have been highlighted by various assurance activities including Internal Audit

    Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)

    Education

    • Minimum of 4 year tertiary degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Mathematics/ Statistics or related field
    • Professional qualifications e.g. CRISC, FRM, CISA, CISM, CIA, ERM or other recognised internal Control certification is advantageous
    • Post graduate qualification CA advantageous
    • Masters in Business Administration is advantageous

    Experience:

    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience in Internal Control / Internal Audit/ Risk & Compliance Management
    • At least 3 years’ experience within a non-traditional FinTech environment
    • Hands on experience in Internal Process and Controls design and testing
    • Experience at the management level in the financial sector
    • Experience in managing complex telco, Digital and/or ICT products or projects and/or risks related to them
    • Knowledge of ecommerce and electronic payment business is advantageous
    • Understanding of various international risk management and business continuity standards
    • Experience working in a medium to large organization

    Manager Design Lead

    Mission/ Core purpose of the Job

    The Manager Design Lead is responsible for creating better user experiences for Digital Channels’ users. The role will lead the visual design for Fintech Channels and collaborating with product leaders, developers, other designers as well as customers to define and build software that drives a positive customer experience.
    The role is responsible for managing the interaction between Finco users and systems and software and applications. The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of Finco’s digital channels user interface on multiple online interfaces that include (mobile app, web, USSD).

    Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)

    Education

    • 4-year Computer Science, Business Management (or related) Degree
    • Visual design/ graphic design/ User experience design certification
    • Master’s in business administration is advantageous

    Experience

    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience in a UI design or Product design
    • At least 3 years’ experience within a non-traditional FinTech or Consumer Marketing environment
    • Experience at the management level in the financial sector
    • Experience with design software and wireframe tools
    • Experience in working with Agile teams
    • Experience with coding using HTML, CSS and comparable languages is advantageous
    • Experience working in a medium to large organization
    • Experience working across global locations/ regions and have a grasp of political, social, infrastructure and integrity challenges
    • Understanding emerging markets advantageous
    • Willing and flexible to travel within Africa and Middle East

    Senior Analyst: Network Sharing Deal

    Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)

    Education

    •  BComm or BSc degree (preferably in Finance, Comp Science, Maths, Stats, Econometrics or equivalent)
    •  Post-graduate qualification in Management Studies will be advantageous

    Experience

    •  Minimum 3 years in relevant experience in data modelling or as an analyst or in quantitative commercial role
    •  Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably within the telecommunications, networks space or commercial facing role

    Competencies

    Manager Products (third party)

    Mission/Core purpose of the job

    The Manger Products 3rd party will be responsible for the overall Chenosis Product Strategy for all API Products based on Capabilities that reside outside MTN.

    Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)

    • Minimum 4-year degree in Business, Management or Equivalent
    • Postgraduate (Advantageous)

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of leading an API Initiative from both a Commercial and Technology perspective
    • Telco Digital Experience – either working for a Telco or a supplier to Telcos
    • Experience of being accountable for a Revenue Quota either in a Business Development or Product Management Capacity
    • Experience of Agile Development frameworks
