    Digital Content Creator

    What we want you to own in this role:

    • Collaborate with various teams to produce new content for existing and/or new web properties;
    • Develop and deliver different content elements (video, imagery, text) to improve site ranking and authority;
    • Create and manage content sprints with measurable results with agile methodology;
    • Review and edit content copy created by others, ensuring consistency in quality and tone of voice;
    • Update, optimize, improve existing evergreen content;
    • Produce marketing copy for multiple web properties;
    • Collaborate and follow best practices to craft the best possible SEO pages for websites;
    • Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in content, and plan content to fill those gaps;
    • Create multimedia content using Adobe Suite and/or other software;

    A little bit about you and your qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or proven experience directly in the field;
    • Previous experience in an SEO-related role, understanding principles of creating content for maximizing SEO;
    • Previous experience working in online marketing;
    • Proven experience with professional writing; proper grammar and spelling is a must;
    • Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Express, XD, Rush;
    • Previous experience writing video scripts;

    Strong consideration will be given to candidates who also offer the following:

    • Understand the concept of “User Intent” and how to satisfy it in the digital space;
    • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush;
    • Ability to learn new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments;
    • An affinity for Igaming;
    • Experience in Igaming / Online betting advantageous;

    Franchise Lead

    What you will do

    • We are looking for an independent, strong-minded team player with experience in planning, executing and managing all aspects of affiliate marketing in the gaming sector. A successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to ‘play nicely’ and work closely with central functions such as in-house creative agency, CRM-function, Affiliate team etc. Our Franchise Leads must strive to hit and exceed targets and revenue projections in-country, whilst leveraging their previous experience and relationships within the Gaming Network Industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and provide overall responsibility for P&L in-country/region
    • Responsible for driving engagement and new traffic in-country by defining requirements, content strategies, search optimization and key features that will increase customer acquisition, with a strong focus on revenue generation
    • Establishes and monitors in real-time an approved list of revenue-generating keywords for each client website and their competitors
    • Works with marketing to monitor and attain insight into search activity across client web properties and competitors
    • Works with marketing in developing link strategies with current and new media partners
    • Regularly reviews backlink profile and ensures backlink health
    • Lead keyword development with Commercial, Marketing and Content teams to execute SEO strategies for in country Web Properties.
    • Creating and managing budgets, business plans, marketing plans, and regular in-country progress reports, together with any other reporting as required
    • Plan, execute, and manage all Sales & Marketing activities for your market, both online and offline, to maximize ROI on marketing and media budgets
    • Create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive high intent traffic, to generate a return on investment.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop a content plan which includes editorial, video, and advertorial. Work with the Operations team in supporting the delivery.
    • Collaborate closely with the Conversion Manager in developing and executing a testing roadmap which will optimize players and revenue
    • Work with Sales to ensure we have the best deals which will yield optimal revenue
    • Stay informed with the latest changes in the laws and regulations concerning gaming and media landscape, and be a subject-matter expert for the company
    • Develop a sync-partnership with our Product, Marketing, Content and Sales teams to deliver relevant, quality-based and market-focused content
    • Champion the interests of our partners and the company, and maximize the channel’s potential in-country
    • Ensure accurate and timely translations of content for the site, and any marketing campaigns (editorial, video, email), etc.
    • Responsible for management of Content Coordinator/s in-country
    • Conduct regular and detailed Research & Audit reports for market, customer and competitor analysis in-country
    • Identify and articulate key areas to growth for the company and how we can achieve them
    • Identify and develop key relationships with 3rd parties in-country to drive new opportunities
    • Undertake rigorous pre/post Sales & Marketing initiative analysis to provide campaign ROI, CPA, and key learnings for future activity

    Requirements

    • Effective communication, interpersonal and written skills predominately in English
    • Experience in Sales & Marketing in Gaming industry
    • Established within the Gaming Affiliate Network
    • Access to key contacts with the Gaming Network in-country

    Senior DevOps Engineer

    • The Senior DevOps Engineer is a key member of the DevOps team and is responsible for the administration of the cloud native ecosystem that powers our publishing platforms: including the design, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, security and maintenance required to meet the high availability SLAs our clients expect. You are an individual who has a technical mind and has a passion for delivering solutions in the ever-changing world of technology. The Senior DevOps Engineer will help to guide and mentor team members in their day-to-day tasks. You will also support the Team Lead in planning, technical decisions, and collaborating with teams we support to develop new insights that could further enhance our platform.

    To be perfect for this position, you will need to:

    • Guide the DevOps Team through the definition and execution of distributed solutions on top of Kubernetes to achieve our goal of 99.9% availability for our clients;
    • Design and work on the implementation of our custom, cloud native, PaaS solution with the goal of providing the best user experience to the Development and QA teams;
    • Use GitOps best practices to achieve continuous deployment on a global scale;
    • Contribute to the architecture of our automated build and deployment systems;
    • Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of internal system assets;
    • Stay abreast of changes to current technology and how it could improve processes at the Company;
    • Co-ordinate with cross-functional experts throughout the company to validate and develop new insights;
    • Work closely with external providers to troubleshoot system issues;
    • Participate in On-call rotation for publishing platform.

    What qualifications do I need?

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • University degree or diploma in related field and 5+ years previous DevOps experience;
    • Have demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the cloud native space;
    • Designed and implemented complex CI/CD solutions on Kubernetes in production;
    • 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes in production;
    • 3 years of experience working with containers in production;
    • 3 years of experience working with Git;
    • 1 year of experience working with Helm;
    • Have experience with AWS, including CF, ELB, S3, EC2 and more;
    • Expert analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
    • Creative thinking and motivated self-starter with an ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies;
    • Comfortable leading projects from start to finish with minimal supervision;
    • Strong ability to work within aggressive and dynamic timelines;
    • Excellent team player and positive contributor to the culture of the business.

    Strong consideration will be given to candidates that also offer the following:

    • 2 years of experience writing CM/CI/CD tools in Python or Go;
    • Familiar with the GitOps paradigm;
    • 1 year of experience working with Rancher in production;
    • A strong understanding of CM and the CI/CD methodology;
    • Familiar with writing complex bash scripts;
    • Skilled experience working in a Linux environment;
    • Have written custom Kubernetes operators;
    • Experience writing Terraform modules for Openstack infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication skills, accustomed to share knowledge internally or to other areas.
    • Experience mentoring and guiding other people or team members.
    • Familiar with SRE paradigm, blameless and RCA.
    • 2 years of experience administrating Observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana stack, Elastic, Loki, New relic, OpenTelemetry…
