    Consultant Client Relationship Management X2

    Purpose of the job

    • To provide organisational capabilities and services to internal and external customers from conception to delivery thus maximizing customer understanding, build customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction with the aim of increasing profitability for SITA. To oversee, manage and execute projects / activities to establish relationship, monitor, measure, and maintain client contracts, in accordance with legislative requirements and best practices, to ensure that requirements are met.

    Key Responsibility Areas:

    • Drive portfolio of customers in the assigned cluster to determine and assess existing customers’ needs with the desired ICT requirements profile per cluster customer to provide an effective solution approach to deliver within existing contractual constraints, policies and SITA commercial service catalogue.
    • In collaboration with service owners, including senior management and key stakeholders, drive the implementation of targeted digital
    • Build, manage and maintain strategic relationships with Government Departments (i.e. SITA service owners) to continuously sustain the SITA business.
    • Perform analysis on cluster needs and requirements in collaboration with Business Development team and other internal and external key stakeholders.
    • Perform SLA management, monitoring and review
    • Provide management support and ensure implementation, adherence and compliance to the Engagement management methodologies and regulations.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum: National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology OR Computer Science OR Bachelor degree in Commerce OR Marketing OR Business Administration OR Economics / BTech (at least NQF 6). Certification: SITA to identify and invest in Sales Certifications.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience: 6 - 7 years working sales and IT experience in engagement management/ relationship management and/or project management. The incumbent will be required to consult and interact with relevant Government Officials, GITOC Bodies, Government Governance bodies, industry partner, standards generating bodies, accreditation and certification bodies at a senior management and executive level. The incumbent will be required to participate and provide input in implementation of Customer-related strategies, SITA Sales Methodology and Sales Process. The candidate must have strong sales and business management skills.

    Admin Assistant: EW & ER

    Purpose of the job

    • To Provide high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper record keeping for the sub department.

    Consultant Information System Security

    Purpose of the job

    • To provide information security services including threat and risk management, solution architecture design, secure configuration, security operations management (e.g. quality, change, incident, problem management, capacity planning, etc.) incident response, vulnerability assessment and assurance management, governance, compliance, performance and service continuity management.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Certification: Professional IT security management certification e.g. CISSP ITIL Foundation, CoBit Foundation or CISM, GIAC, CCNP, ISACA CRISC CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional Advanced certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP and/or SIEM specific training and certification will be an advantage. Certified information system security professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Management (CISM), would be an added advantage.

    Manager Compliance: Facilities Physical Security (NKP)

    Purpose of the job

    • The role will be responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance in terms of security policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols for SITA Regional Offices, National Key Points as well as managing physical security systems to ensure operation and functionality and monitoring organizational compliance with the physical security regulatory framework.

    Key Responsibility Area

    • Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
    • Analyse and evaluate regional security operations and National Key Points to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through auditing, review, or assessment.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum:3-year National Higher Diploma National First Degree in criminal justice, management, law, and or social science disciplines or any relevant qualification equivalent to NQF level 6.
    • Certification: Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) or NIA Security Management certification will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: 6 - 7 years security management experience of which 3 years must have been within a practical NKP physical Security or operations security management environment.

    • Experience: A minimum 7 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), including solution development, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation.

    The experience must include:
    Experience in solution analysis, and development for the development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of systems within the corporate/public sector, including:

    • Software development deliverable effort planning, estimations and execution management
