ABOUT THE JOB
- In this sales management position you will report to the Head of Eastern Europe & Africa and your main duties will be the following:
- Implementing the Consumer Goods Business strategy in the assigned countries and the business development in terms of market intelligence and distribution expansion, brand and excellence for the consumer
- Managing the Retailer Partner Mono- and Multi-brand business in the defined region
- Achieving quantitative and qualitative targets in line with the company long-term plan and annual budget plan as well ensuring respective planning and reporting
- Managing and coordinating all local promotion, communication and market activities and acting as a main contact for the defined region
ABOUT YOU
- We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- University degree in business (or a comparable education)
- min. 5 years of work experience as an Area/Sales Manager/Key Account Manager, preferably within the branded consumer goods business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills with hands-on attitude, paired with perfect presentation skills
- Cross cultural awareness, preferably country specific knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of English, French is a serious advantage, any other language skills would be a great asset
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of working time

ABOUT THE JOB
- As a Senior System Engineer, you will play supportive role in maintaining and building up the IT expertise within Swarovski. Your main duties will be the following:
- Running the OpenText solution landscape
- Installing software patches and system upgrades
- Fine-tuning and configuration of ECM system
- Deployment of changes to the system
- System monitoring to ensure the functionality, stability, and performance of the system
- Alignment with solution provider for root cause analysis, develop improvement solutions
- Resolving assigned incidents within SLA
- Proactively identifying and resolving problems in order to prevent faults occurring
- Maintaining effective communication channels with all involved parties (e.g. preprocess and document information for 3th level support)
- Application operation tasks like Monitoring, Support, Change & Configuration Management, interface maintenance.

- Process purchase invoices and ensure payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Process and report relevant tax data, financial accruals and reversals
- Process expense reimbursement in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Verify AP pay file with purchase order or vendor master agreement

ABOUT YOU

- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role and solid understanding of accounts payable principles
