    ERP Data Analyst I

    • Woolpert is hiring a fully remote ERP Data Analyst I to join our Corporate Applications team and support data migration efforts for a multi-year, global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP integration strategy. This role is essential to the successful integration of newly acquired companies into our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) systems, with key responsibilities including master data conversions and loads, mapping from legacy systems, and validating migrated master data against source systems to ensure data integrity. The position operates during working hours of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative enterprise initiative from anywhere.

    Responsibilities
    As an ERP Data Analyst I at Woolpert, you will:

    • Participate in the migration of master data from other legacy ERP systems to our Microsoft Dynamics F&O and CE ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and integrating with Dayforce other relevant systems as needed.
    • Be responsible for the process of transforming raw data into a usable format for analysis. This role involves cleaning, organizing, and structuring data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and quality.
    • Perform analysis, cross-referencing, merging, and consolidation of data from various sources.
    • Collaborate with internal data migration teams to ensure appropriate technical and business testing of data conversion and data loads.
    • Validate data mappings and ensure accuracy across legal entities and business units.
    • Develop and execute tests to verify the accuracy and integrity of migrated master data and address any issues.
    • Serve as a data steward for assigned master data domains (e.g., customer, vendor, projects, etc.).
    • Participate in testing to validate that new features and system updates meet master data requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
    • 2–3 years of experience in data migration projects, with knowledge of ERP data migration preferred.
    • Proven experience working with master data in an ERP environment (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not essential.

    Senior ERP Data Migration Specialist

    Overview

    • Are you ready to take the lead in a global ERP transformation? Woolpert is seeking a Senior ERP Data Migration Specialist to join our Corporate Applications team. This fully remote position, operating during working hours of 14:00 to 23:00 SAST, is critical to the success of integrating newly acquired companies into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) ERP systems. You will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide data migration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead data migration from legacy ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, including integration with Dayforce and other systems.
    • Transform raw data into structured, accurate formats for analysis and reporting.
    • Develop and manage data mapping, conversions, and automated ETL processes.
    • Perform data analysis, cross-referencing, and consolidation from multiple sources.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to test and validate data conversion and ETL operations.
    • Coordinate global data migration activities and serve as the primary contact for data-related issues.
    • Validate data mappings across legal entities and business units.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 8+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
    • At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including data structures and entities.
    • 5+ years of experience with automated ETL tools and processes.

    Required Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, Excel, and data manipulation.
    • Strong experience in data analysis, conversions, source-to-target mappings, and testing.
    • Expertise in data quality management, cleansing, validation, and governance.
    • Ability to resolve data errors and understand entity relationships.
    • Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations and master data requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

    ERP Data Migration Team Lead

    • 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT, Leapwork, Selenium, or similar.
    • Proven expertise in supporting finance modules within ERP systems.
    • Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting modules.
    • Accounting or financial sector experience is advantageous.
    • Background in project-based accounting solutions is preferred.
    • Strong analytical curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a multi-functional team.
    • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
