    Billing Administrator

    Job Description Essentials:

    • Working Knowledge of basic financial and accounting concepts
    • Must be computer literate and experienced in MS Excel / Microsoft Office
    • Previous billing system program experience
    • Attention to detail. Must be able to pick up mistakes and correct them
    • Work well under pressure, with accuracy.
    • Be able to reconcile accounts
    • Fully Bilingual - English and Afrikaans
    • Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal and Written

    Electrical Technician

    Job requirements will include but not be limited to:

    • Technical audits on properties
    • Examine under recoveries from a technical perspective
    • Make technical drawings of metering reticulation of properties examined
    • Installation of electrical metering equipment, including meters & CT’s
    • Calculate / forecast recoveries
    • Stock management
    • General administrative and ad-hoc tasks

    Plumbing Assistant

    the following work experience and requirements are non-negotiables:

    Panelbeater

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Qualified Automotive Body Repairer (Red Seal Certificate)
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience within an automotive body shop essential
    • Own Transport

    Essential Competencies:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Strip and compare quotation to damage.
    • Advise Estimator of discrepancies and make the necessary changes to the job card.
    • Applying discretionary expertise to repair versus replace in conjunction with estimator.
    • Signing for all new parts from store.
    • Putting parts for painting in paint shop and controlling the timeline.
    • Fitting all parts, to the required level of expertise, to the vehicle understanding that quality control is built into the repair process.
    • Discussing delays with the GM and Estimator/Workshop Foreman
    • Working overtime if and when required.
    • Clean and assist with general workshop housekeeping.
    • Assist with moving vehicles around shop and Wash Bay.
    • Comply to parts processes to only order parts as per job cards and direct from Workshop Foreman.
    • Follow up on parts shortages and discrepancies not on job card.
    • Identify and accurately track all back-order parts keeping information relevant.
    • Attend departmental meeting to ensure effective communication
