    Warehouse Coordinator - Lanseria

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Ensure that the prepared material (RM, MB, Secondary packaging, that is not automatically fed to the production machines) is transported from the respective Warehouse location where it was prepared to the assigned handover point from where production personnel take it. 
    • Manage internal transport Warehouse operations. 
    • Ensure stock movement between warehouse and production (whether FG or RM warehouse) 
    • Oversee Finished Goods warehouse operation. 
    • Manage transports: by preparing, loading, administering cargo, ensuring load securing and loading trucks. 
    • Ensure all the external administrative work with forwarding companies and internal work related to ALPLA Prod and NAV is done. 
    • Ensure that your direct reports are competent (well-trained) and committed through continuous communication, regular oversight and active support of your team. 
    • Ensure that an established organization and job roles are executed by your direct reports. 
    • Ensure that your direct reports treat all equipment with care and attention to ensure that equipment and stock is well preserved (this is inclusive of proper housekeeping 5S) 
    • Coordinate all types of maintenance activities in the warehouse with the maintenance department. 
    • Responsible for reporting any risks identified for Quality and Food Safety Management where food contact product is produced in the plant. 
    • Ensure ongoing awareness of Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Health and Safety Management 
    • Ensure that personnel in the department are trained and comply with all HSE measures (safety guards, PPE, etc.) 

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
    • 3-year qualification (N. Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
    • Valid Forklift License.
    • Min Matric and related tertiary qualification 
    • Min. 3 years of experience in Warehousing/Supply Management 
    • Basic computer skills
    • Flexible working hours
    • Able to operate forklift and crane.

    Mould Repair Technician - JHB

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Operate conventional milling machine, grinding machine, lathe
    • Perform mould repairs and maintenance per quality system requirements 
    • Assure that the quality of the parts being moulded meet part specifications including part drawing, and cosmetic specification. 
    • Follow all safety requirements and ensure all safety devises in mould room are operational. Shut down, lock out equipment and inform supervisor if safety device is found defective. 
    • To perform and carry out Preventative Maintenance tasks according to schedules and procedures.
    • Report all potential machine problems and malfunction of equipment in order to reduce unnecessary breakdowns.
    • To record the spares usage during all P/M and servicing of mould to promote better cost control and future planning.
    • To adopt and propagate a positive approach towards P/M and to understand and appreciate the advantage thereof.
    • To work in conjunction with Production Staff and Process tech's to ensure optimum machine performance and eliminate unnecessary stoppages or breakdowns.
    • Assist and educate, where possible, the correct handling and approach towards machine and equipment.
    • To be familiar with all laid down quality standards and the maintaining thereof.
    • To repair mould breakdowns as speedily as possible without sacrificing good craftsmanship or safety.
    • Participate in all projects concerned with refurbishing, upgrade or installation of new or secondhand moulds, machinery or equipment as and when required.
    • Strive to find new ideas or improve methods to increase production output or be more cost effective.
    • To maintain proper communication and progress of outstanding workloads.

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • 3 to 5 years' experience in a technical field, preferably within injection, stretch or blow moulding
    • Preferred qualified Toolmaker trade
    • Good English skills, written and oral local langague skills are required
    • Ability to read technical drawings
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Payroll Administrator - Johannesburg

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Handle payroll process – Load new engagements, employee internal movement, terminations.
    • Load employee's fingerprint for clocking and time and attendance.
    • Create final payroll file according to set timeline, ensuring adequate approval flow is respected up to and including bank transfer.
    • Send a forecast to the Finance & Controlling Manager of the required amount for each bank one week before executing the salary payment.
    • Responsible to create salary transfers instruction to be handed over to all payroll banks (electronically and manually), follow-up on execution on timely manner and archiving of documents.
    • Distribute payslips on ESS and print manually for employees with no ESS.
    • Send payroll report monthly to Payroll Manager for approval.
    • Ensure that all allowances and deductions are applied and aligned with local law and any compensation related to company policy.
    • Keep master data accurately at all times
    • Support with Budget process at yearend.
    • Monitor the budget.
    • Responsible for reporting to management (leave reports, overtime reports, employee movement, eMis reporting)
    • Responsible for EMP201s submission
    • responsible for ROE and EMP501 submission on time with no penalties
    • responsible for distribution of IRP5s to employees and former employees
    • Prepare and submit third party recons and payments.
    • Manage special situations like maternity /temp disabilities.
    • Responsible for all HR Controlling reporting, including eMis data upload on a monthly and yearly basis.
    • Support with setting ESS access to employees and training.
    • Responsible for online Discovery and Momentum reconsideration
    • Support with Mauritius payroll
    • Knowledge and understanding of Bargaining Councils

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Minimum 5 years payroll processing experience
    • Sage300 & Sage300 ESS payroll experience
    • Time and Attendance knowledge: preferable Jarrison
    • Payroll, HR or Finance qualification
    • Basic accounting knowledge
    • Tax Law, BCEA and Labour law knowledge
    • African payroll experience (MUR especially)
    • Full payroll analysis reporting experience
    • Payroll experience in a Manufacturing environment will be advantageous
    • Able to handle multi-task environment with profound organizational skills
    • Excellent time management and administration skills
    • Ability to research, interpret and analyses information
    • Strong MS Office skills especially in Excel and familiarity with HR systems
    • Excellent local language skills and good English skills
    • Basic understanding of expats payroll
