EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering and experience about 2-3 years in a similar function
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint)
• Analytical and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of MRP systems is a plus

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources, such as ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other tools, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models, algorithms, and tools to support data-driven decision-making processes in supply chain management, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation optimization, and supplier performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data gaps, and recommend data collection methods to ensure accurate and reliable data for analysis.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including supply chain leaders, operations managers, and other relevant parties.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify areas of inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks in the supply chain operations, and provide recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations and provide regular reports and updates to management on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Business Process Analysis and SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) knowledge preferred.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and data analytics and apply them to enhance supply chain processes and

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred Computer science or computer engineering degree.
• Basic understanding of supply chain management, operations research, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data modelling, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, qlik sense or other similar tools to create reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques for predictive analytics in supply chain management will be a plus.
