Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to inspect material and/or products for compliance with product specification and/or customer requirements. As a Quality Control Inspector, you also make sure that the products meet government standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials and finished products and recording quality results.

Job Description

Owns collection and account management activities for complex and high balance customer accounts. Resolves complex customer account issues, disputes, payment delays. Engages sales team on critical business decisions. Provides new associate training. May provide additional support to Credit manager/supervisor on team management.

Education/Work Experience:

• Degree or a degree-seeking candidate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Four years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field may be substituted in part.
• Independence Level/Reports to: Reports to Credit Manager or Supervisor.

Additional Job Description

• Ecolab is seeking a Senior Credit Controller who will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of accounts. In this role you will be accountable for managing all aspects of a portfolio which include collection activities necessary to reduce AR aging, DSO and mitigate risk for the company.  This requires good written and verbal communication skills and applicable accounting, reconciliation, analytical and collection skills necessary to achieve the company and department objectives.
