    HR Business Partner South Africa Region

    We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR-related topics and will work closely with Business Leaders and other HR professionals in the EMEA-team in order to guarantee an efficient and effective HR service towards managers and employees in South Africa. In South Africa Fagron has sites in Johannesburg, Cape town and White River and employs 90 people in total.

    You will be located in Johannesburg and will travel regularly to the other sites within your scope of responsibility.

    The key responsibilities are:

    • Create and implement the HR plan for all the Fagron entities in your scope supporting the business strategy
    • Being a sparring partner for managers in HR-related business challenges, such as retention, organizational design and change, talent development, team development and employee engagement
    • Advising about and supporting in the full employee life cycle
    • Responsible for the annual performance, talent and salary review in collaboration with the local teams and Global HR
    • End responsible for all HR admin processes with regards to onboarding, offboarding and changes documented and processed in the payroll
    • Implementing Global and EMEA HR policies and/or processes
    • Initiating and leading local HR projects
    • Playing a pivotal role in bringing HR for Fagron EMEA to the next level
    • End responsible for solid internal communication.

    You will report to the HR Manager EMEA, who is located in Rotterdam and you will be part of the HR EMEA HR Team.

    • You have the following qualifications, experience, and capabilities:
    • Master’s Degree qualification or reasoning equivalent
    • At least 5 years of experience in different HR roles. Preferably in an international company
    • Independent, hands-on, analytical and flexible
    • Excellent business acumen, influencing and coaching skills.

    Quality Assurance Manager - White River

    About the job

    • We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on individual who shares our passion for conservation and will accept the challenge of supervising the QA team.

    You have to be VERY HANDS ON and take responsibility for the following duties:

    • oversee quality operations and supervise the QA team
    • establish and roll-out a new QMS
    • compile and manage SOPs and master documents
    • document and review all QMS activities e.g. deviations, change controls, CAPAs etc.
    • create and execute a GMP training programme for all employees
    • approval and management of suppliers
    • coordinate and execute internal and external audits
    • oversee the validation/qualification programme
    • production/batch document review
    • compile quality reports and conduct quality reviews for presentation to management

    Qualifications required:

    • BSc with microbiology OR BPharm degree with active registration as a pharmacist with the SAPC

    Experience & skills required:

    • At least one years’ managerial experience
    • At least 3 years of QA experience in a pharmaceutical environment
    • Excellent knowledge of cGMP (with a focus on steriles)

    Soft skills:

    • Ability to take initiative and work independently
    • Excellent time management
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
