Your areas of responsibility:

• Assist with implementation and monitoring of Social and Environmental Sustainability initiatives including: 
• Initiatives to minimise the company's footprint.
• Empowerment initiatives including Socio-economic development, Enterprise and Supplier development, Skills development.
• Maintain records and compile reports.
• Conduct assurance audits.
• Respond to queries on Sustainability. 

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Degree in Social Sciences, Commerce or Engineering.
• Working knowledge of sustainability. 
• Strong analytical, numeracy and report writing skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

• Layout and Flow Studies.
• Sort Intervals Control.
• Process Capability Studies.
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Studies.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering (Completed S4).
• Problem Solving and Presentation skills.
• Technical Report Writing and good computer skills.
• Knowledge of Lean principles are beneficial.
