- Removal of all damaged stock from set stock and ensure transacted to correct areas.

- Ensure all locations in DC are counted twice per year.
- Perform follow up investigations/ counts against stock errors identified in DC.

- Advanced knowledge of SOP for inventory Management.
Talent Management
- Develop your own skill set to be competent in the following DC activities - bin to bin movements( transfers), split drops, picking.
- Improving PC skills by ensuring development plans are in place and training is attended ( on the job training or E- Learning).

Cost Management
- Support business in their remuneration expenditure and ensuring pay is benchmarked and aligned to marketing and remuneration budgets
- Implement cost containment plans and ensure business organisational structures are maintained within the boundaries of department budgets
