    Software Systems and Administration Controller

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    System Management: 

    • Main point of Contact for all 3rd Parties LSP's and training of the Wire application
    • Management and Allocation of User Profiles,
    • Permissions and access rights, including the Database thereof.
    • Act as a point of contact for any Software related issues
    • Provide technical support to users and troubleshooting problems.
    • Support the setup and configuration of WIRE modules for new clients or locations

    Monitor System Performance:

    • Monitor system health and data flow across WIRE interfaces
    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies affecting truck verification, sampling, weighing, or dispatch operations
    • Coordinate with IT/System Vendors for maintenance, updates, and new feature deployments
    • Reconcile real-time data syncing between WIRE and external systems where applicable
    • Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system uptime and functionality during operations

    Training and Stakeholder Support:

    • Suggest and implement improvements in administrative workflows.
    • Train users on correct data entry, system workflows and reporting modules
    • Serve as the main point of contact for third-party logistics partners regarding WIRE usage
    • Support communication between site supervisors, logistics teams, and system developers

    Reporting and Data Analysis:

    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports (e.g., throughput, discrepancies, downtime, cost analysis)
    • Track system utilization, user activity logs, and report generation timelines.
    • Support month-end reporting including demurrage calculations, aligning to each LSP’s contractual Terms
    • Prepare various reports on logistics performance, logistic costs, including the monthly spend and delivery timelines
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by senior management 

    General Administrative Duties:

    • Suggest and implement improvements in administrative workflows.
    • Concluding of each months Demurrage Calculations, aligning to each LSP's contractual Terms
    • Prepare various reports on logistics performance, Logistic Costs, including the Monthly Spend and delivery timelines.

    Experience required: 

    • Minimum Qualification - Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 
    • 4-5 years’ experience in system support or logistics administration.
    • Prior experience with WMS, TMS, or platforms like WIRE is an advantage

    Junior Legal Counsel

    You will have the following:

    • A LLB degree
    • English Law qualified
    • Finance legal drafting experience
    • Experience in drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts
    • Experience with Power Purchase Agreements (preferred)
    • Experience with commodity offtake agreements (preferred) 
    • Valid driver’s license

    Your Key Performance Activities will include but not limited to: 

    Process: 

    • Draft, review, edit, interpret contracts and other legal documents and correspondence
    • General document management
    • Participate in the negotiation of loans, offtake and power purchase agreements
    • Willing to travel to the mines and project of the group, inclusive of travelling to the DRC
    • Provide general assistance to the finance team with regards to legal queries
    • Conduct research and provide solutions to legal queries
    • Assist with general administrative tasks and document management

    Mine Overseer Development X 1 REF: IVP-MIN-2506

    Suitable candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

    • Grade 12 
    • Blasting Certificate 
    • Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency 
    • Valid Drivers License 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a mine overseer withing the mining industry 
    • Excellent Trackless mining experience 
    • Extensive experience of massive mining 

    Your successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

    • Oversee and manage daily underground operations to ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety policy and practices of the company.
    • Coordinate and schedule mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and loading of ore/
    • Supervise a team of miners and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets are met.
    • Monitor production targets and implement initiatives to optimize mining operations.
    • Prepare and submit reports on mining activities, including production volumes, safety performance, and equipment maintenance.

    Mine Manager X 1 REF: IVP-MIN-2505

    Suitable candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

    • A BSc Mining Engineering or BTech Mining Engineering, related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Blasting Certificate
    • Mine Manager certificate of competence (MMC)
    • Medically fit as per Occupational Medical Practice
    • Mine Health and Safety 3.1(a) appointment or any other as company requires.

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • A minimum of 12 years relevant Southern African mining experience.
    • Experience of successfully leading and managing a suitably sized mine or mines with a production of 200 000 tons per month.
    • Experience in hard rock, mechanized, platinum mining, long hole stoping, drift and fill and paste fill.
    • Ideally experience gained in both open and underground mining.
    • Shaft Sinking experience will be an advantage.
    • Strong People management skills.
    • Strategic and operational experience in order to support effective decision making based on business context, shareholder risk, financial, labour supplier, customer and employee interests.
    • Evident project management experience.
    • Experience of starting a new mine would be an added advantage.

    Key accountabilities:

    • Leading, directing, integrating and coordinating all key role-players that contribute towards the overall business success including shareholders, the project team, operational staff, support staff, contractors, service providers, regulatory authorities and local communities.
    • Ensuring the mine is developed, constructed and equipped to provide a safe operational and healthy working environment, on time and within budget.
    • Developing the necessary systems, processes, and structures to enable successful business operations.
    • Effective management of contractors.
    • Responsible for shaft sinking and construction of the mine.
    • Development and compilation of business plans.
    • Research and implementation of mining best practice.
    • Feasibility studies of new identified projects.
    • Ensure that all aspects of Mine Health and Safety Act are adhered to.
    • Ensure that the mine is properly staffed with sufficient supervision staff and adequate suitably trained staff to safely execute the required tasks.
    • Ensure that all mine planning is done and properly recorded.
    • Ensure that all mine planning is adhered to.
    • Ensure that all equipment and mine designs are safe and well maintained.
    • Ensure that all capital projects are well managed.
    • Ensure that all budgets are strictly adhered to.
    • Have regular liaison with labour and their representatives.
    • Ensure that all reports are correct and supplied on time.
