    Vice President Mining Strategy Development & Project Office

    Purpose of Job

    • Lead the development, integration, and execution of Sasol’s Mining Strategy across horizons (H1–H3) and value chain, ensuring a fit-for-purpose portfolio that delivers cost, risk, sustainability, and growth outcomes.  
    • Accountable for securing long-term coal resource resilience to underpin Sasol’s Secunda and Sasolburg operations through 2050, including resource validation, external supply strategy, portfolio reshaping, and regulatory positioning beyond the current operating asset base. 
    • Establish and run a high-performing Mining Project Office (PMO) to drive disciplined strategy execution, capital prioritisation, and enterprise-grade governance.

    Purpose of Job

    • The primary focus is to ensure timeous and accurate execution of approved orders for exports to customers and Sasol Regions globally

    Engineering Clerk - Maintenance Support

    Purpose of Job

    • STO Maintenance is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Engineering Clerk to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to four Maintenance Area Managers and their respective Maintenance Foremen. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of maintenance operations, proper documentation control, and compliance with internal processes such as MOC and MOCA.     Purpose of Job

    • Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair of dangerous goods vehicle and pool cars to ensure safety, reliability, cost efficiency and compliance with company standards, applicable codes and highly regulated industry practices.
