    GP Sales Representative (Jhb West)

    Job description

    • Drive Results
      • Ensure the achievement of promoted brands sales targets
      • Drive business and sales performance though SFE KPI achievement
      • Effectively manage the customer database to ensure effective customer targeting
      • Make every call count through effective execution of Project Excellence principles
      • Manage RX pharmacy stock levels and effective promotion of brands to pharmacists

    Assistant Financial Plannig Manager

    Job description

    • Prepare reports
      • Collect information from relevant sources and compile professional accurate management reports monthly
      • Ensure timeous and correct follow up on all discrepancies
      • Ensure in the verification of the correctness of the systems to provide accurate financial information
      • Verify actual results for variances to previous reporting periods, or to identify inaccuracies
      • Monthly preparation of internal and external reports, GM reports, Senior Managers Report, Sales hierarchy and other sales reports.
      • Quarterly reporting as required by the NEMEA region and global office
    • Sales
      • Upload of sales into PDW
      • Reconciliation of PDW to SAP on a monthly basis
    • Cost of Goods (COGS)
      • Retrieval of COGS from PDW and calculation of the COGS deviation
      • Annual COGS reconciliation
      • HFM
      • Assistance with the review and reconciliation of HFM
    • Budgets
      • Preparation of budgets and forecasts/estimates as per Takeda guidelines.
      • Compare budgeted/forecasted results to actual or expected results in order to identify inaccuracies
      • Ensure that accurate budget/forecast templates are used
      • Upload of information for budgets and actual into SPEED and PDW
    • Employee expenses
      • Management of the employee expenses to ensure that they are accurately approved and recorded
      • Administrator for system
    • Projects
      • Active involvement in business projects as required
    • Audit & Compliance
      • Complies with Company Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to the QMS, and Corporate governance

    Qualifications

    • Diploma/Degree in Finance or equivalent

    Work Experience

    • 3+ years Financial Planning experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.
