Contract Management
Service agreements are the main focus of this role and as such, the functions include the following:

Role Purpose/Business Unit:
- Perform transmission network high level support (DWDM, IP/MPLS, fibre & synchronisation), deliver insights toward performance improvement and automated network solutions in the transmission domain to improve network performance, availability, and customer experience.

- The Senior Specialist: Software Engineer designs, builds and operates high scale CVM & AI services that drive customer value and revenue.
