The Role

• We’re looking for a full stack developer experienced in building systems that extend or integrate into corporate financial systems. 
• You’ll join a team that takes ownership of the systems that power our business, integrating line-of-business solutions into our Cloud-based ERP and other financial systems.
• You’ll work primarily within the Microsoft stack (MSSQL, its associated tools, C# and ASP.NET). While the role leans towards backend, it requires full stack proficiency. You’ll join our team in Tshwane.   

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust systems in C#, MSSQL, SSIS and SSRS. You’ll work closely with business function leads, analysts and other developers to extend and/or support line-of-business applications, services and integration processes. You’ll provide meaningful contributions to our architectural roadmap and future-ready initiatives.

QES Business Partner: Greater Africa

• This is a specialist role requiring the incumbent to practically implement Zutari’s relevant management systems in an assigned portfolio (e.g. geography, business unit).
• The incumbent is also required to act as management system auditor in all geographies and business units where Zutari operates. The role reports to the Lead of QES. The role requires frequent interaction with both managerial and technical staff across the business.
• NB: The role has a strong focus on quality, information security, and BIM. There will be limited exposure to environmental management systems and no exposure to health and safety management systems.  The role may entail travel to locations across the African continent.

Qualifications & Experience

• Required: minimum 5 years’ experience in management systems
• Required: qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 9001 (Quality)

Role responsibilities

• The Senior Engineering Manager is accountable for engineering leadership and governance across multi-discipline projects in the Resources sector, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, high-quality engineering solutions across feasibility, FEED, detailed design and execution phases.
• This role leads engineering teams, provides technical assurance, and partners with Project Managers and Market leadership to deliver projects profitably and in line with Zutari standards.

Engineering leadership & governance

• Provide overall engineering management for complex projects in mining, petrochemical, oil & gas infrastructure, including multi-discipline integration.
• Establish and manage the project engineering execution framework (deliverables, workflows, approvals, document control, engineering change, and design assurance).

Project delivery and performance

Qualifications

Experience

• 20+ years engineering experience with significant exposure to mining and/or oil & gas / petrochemical / energy infrastructure projects.

Role overview

• Zutari is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to work closely with and coordinate the digital delivery team of the Zutari Water team in Tshwane. Zutari’s Water Market consists of four key disciplines namely Dams & Hydropower, Bulk Water, Treatment and Water Resources.
• The BIM Coordinator will work closely with Modellers, Drafters, Technicians and Technologists to establish sound digital practices and develop workflows, in-house design tools and good practice guidelines to ensure the successful delivery of our digital offering on projects.  

Role responsibilities

Overall accountable for the successful implementation of BIM processes and standards on all projects delivered by the Water business unit.

• Organise and lead weekly interdisciplinary model coordination meetings to resolve.
