    • Work with the BIM Coordinator to ensure the Zutari baseline LOIN is achieved by using the correct object templates, libraries, and config files during the digital build, including agreed view templates, annotation standards and sheet setup to support consistent drawing outputs.
    • Work with the engineer/designer to ensure that all required metadata not automatically generated is manually added to the digital build elements, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a real commitment to data accuracy, including information that supports tagging, scheduling and drawing completeness.
    • Achieve ongoing project adherence to the BEP/EIRs, including requirements for both model deliverables and drawing outputs.

    Minimum requirements

    • 3–4 years industry experience in Built Environment projects (e.g., commercial, mixed-use, public buildings, transport buildings and upgrades, data centres/mission-critical).
    • Problem solver with advanced modelling, federation & information management skills.
    • Multidisciplinary building modelling skills highly desirable (structural + coordination with architectural and MEP models).
    • Skilled in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or equivalent CDE workflows.
    • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BS EN 1741 desirable
    • Coding/automation capability desirable (e.g., Dynamo and Python) to improve modelling efficiency, quality checking, and repetitive-task automation.
